If you are under 25, invest 80% of the money you make on personal improvement and self development opportunities including both formal and informal education. Make sure you learn any monetizeable skills, most especially those that would expose you to rich people's contacts/homes. Don't just learn, learn with purpose. If you are a guy, forget about women and cast all focus on yourself except from your mum and sister. Anything from 26, set annual goals, which can be done either on your birthdays, or new year day, and do everything within your power to accomplish them. Your goals should have minimum 10 points across 10 different areas. Eg:. Career Goals. Business Goals. Academic Goals. Financial Goals. Health Goals Spiritual Goals Family Goals. Etc....according to your need per time. Career goals could go this way; 1. To round up my graphics design skills acquisition by September 30th. 2. To get an internship with Mid-level digital hub by October 1st. 3. To improve your professional network by 10contacts by November 30th. 4. To increase your salary by 30% by December 31st. Etc....... When you focus on doing all these and you are intentional about them, you will eventually become the most interesting guy amongst your peers and subsequently among your colleagues. If you keep to it, over time opportunities will keep chasing you. Now most importantly, in all of these, never get involved in a transaction in which the next person will feel cheated and think of you as being selfish. Be honest and sincere in everything you do, it's not always easy to find honest people, and when good people see an honest person, they can do anything to keep them. 1 Like 1 Share |

The internet has come to stay! Never bother about your last last paragraph cos it will never happen. It's a contract which can never be broken. Talking about your data plan, also check out to see what plans they for the nights. As for me, ever since I discovered and registered on nansconcept.com.ng, I bade goodbye to all exhorbitant data price. I used to make use of 50GB to 80GB/ month and it do cost me between 10 - 15k, but on nansconcept.com.ng, I now spend way less than 10k on 100GB! pS: I thought you live abroad? |

Jennifer70: I don't believe in curses, cos those things are superstitious. It's a mind game that if you allow it, it will keep troubling your mind. Let's say you are still very young and have means. How can you promise a lady onefiftyK simply to get laid? Even with the 50k you paid, some people would have appreciated you for that. Your focus should be on building your career, ladies and women will come when the time is right. Never bother about the curse it's all meaningless but if you have your way, find a means to make peace with her through a friend contact. 5 Likes |
Romance / Re: People Easily Approach Me In Public, What Could Be Wrong? by Fairview1(f): 4:02am On Aug 29 |
That's your advantage King. It takes grace to carry what you have. Now that you have discovered it, it's time to use it to your advantage. People trust you easily and that's why they are approaching you, if you flip it, there's nothing you can not achieve with it. I have male friends like that and in all their secret weapons when it comes to negotiation, that always stands out. 3 Likes |

mmadu4: Then you don't know how bank works. Opay and Moniepoint are only in the tiny area of banking and doesn't the kind of infrastructure needed to run serious banking. Imagine saying JP Morgan Chase and Wells Fargo are useless simply because Interra and Mabray banks are the future. Laughable 10 Likes |

It's important the CBN remains committed to safeguarding depositors’ interests and ensure smooth functioning of the banking sector through proactive measures and strategic interventions. Up next will be the Education sector. It needs total overhaul. 10 Likes |

This is the kind of thing I like to see. Nigeria as a couuntry, our people love themselves and there's nothing wrong with Nigeria. Our problems are the leaders who have weaponised poverty and use religion and tribe to divide us. 9 Likes |

Romance / What Are The Lessons You Learned After your Failed Relationship? by Fairview1(f): 6:07pm On Jul 12 |
A study on marriage.com found that 54% of first-time cohabiting couples break up within six years of moving in together, compared to 33% who officially marry during that time. Only 29% of school sweethearts end up together after graduation. Research has consistently shown that 85% of people will experience a breakup in their lifetime, while 71% of people stay in touch with their exes after a breakup, 60% of people admit to stalking their ex on social media after a breakup. Approximately 70% of straight unmarried couples break up within the first year. With the above scientific facts, it's obvious that breakups, divorce, separations etc are integral part of our social lives. Meaning it's not new and didn't start today and won't stop in our generation. What are the lessons you learned after your failed relationships? pS: Romantic Relationships of course, not business relationship. 2 Likes |

Romance / Can You Still Find True Love? by Fairview1(f): 12:11pm On Jul 07 |
I know it sounds cliché but can you? We are in a generation where men don't make the same effort they used to make back then; honesty has becomes so rare, we can easily ghost, breadcrumb people; we have so many trauma we tend to self-sabotage. Do we still have hope in love? I'm F (27+) and honestly, I want to love and be loved, but seeing the relationships around me fail one by one, makes me sceptical....sigh** Is it still worth it to take the risks? |

Men be honest… would you date someone who’s a little chubby? I feel like men only want skinny woman these days and that’s something I have never been. Dating has been super hard for me and I’m wondering if it’s because I’m a little thicker than most females I know, I’m not talking obsessed but thicker for sure. So, men… does weight matter to you when it comes to choosing a lady to date? Be honest, let's talk. 31 Likes 8 Shares

Romance / Why Are Men So Quick To Spend Money On Women They Just Met? by Fairview1(f): 3:15pm On Jul 05 |
RE: Honestly it's insane how much money men have spent on me (even though I never ever asked for it and I'm always more than happy to pay for my own things). I would never spend money on a person I barely know, even if i am romantically interested in them. I guess the obvious answer is because they expect something in return (usually sex) but I've noticed they sometimes continue doing it even if I i tell them I'm not interested. I'm no holy angel, obviously I i enjoy getting free stuff sometimes but other times it does make me mad, uncomfortable and idk how to react anymore. Nlfpmod 2 Likes 1 Share |
