The uptime stats generally is a feature available in ALL Android devices as it is a file in the system that is self generated by the kernel along side some system info like ram, rom, cpu and meminfo. The command to see it via terminal emulator is given above

Run these simple commands:
cat /proc/uptime
OR
cat /proc/self/uptime
