successful applicants have been contacted via phone calls and they are resuming the academy soon.. The recruitment process was not a scam. well, the calling of successful applicants may be in batches. so, dont lose hope just continue with what you are doing.

I got a text from Workforce requesting me to check my mail for next level invite for Sales Academy but I couldn't find any such invite in my mailbox nd Spam. The number for enquiry in the text is also switched off.

My friend took an exam with WF last week and he told me questions asked were simple interest, sets and permutation.. Only for me to get there and see questions like multiply 25 metric tons *80.95 and 77.95=ha mogbe,I guessed althroughfor the numerics.. U guys should study tho, I wish you the best tomorrow

The assumption part was incomprehensible and the clock that stood ticking away increased the blood pressure.

Assumptions cracked me up ehn..I just chose assumptions made in most of them... The maths was a no go area it's like they want us to leave it blank.. The exceptional one is the abstract reasoning where shapes change using those arrows.. Hmmn, God bless the heart of a job seekers.

I would have loved to help but am not currently in lag and time factor too . Somehow i find the dragnet exams i have taken not too difficult or maybe i just get lucky to have aced them and unlucky to get kicked out at interview stages.

Since calculator is not allowed i would advise the complete approximation approach and a guy opened a thread here on this (i think d-main-man) A few other Google hint will help.

To me, the trials was more difficult, however the numericals too isn't exactly easier. They are simply basic mathematics.

E.g I had a question that looked like this

Apple box width 100cms height 500cms box 200cms, find m^3. You convert to meters and multiply
5*2*1 = 10m^3

Then they said a warehouse is 70m 50m 30m

How many unit of apple box will the warehouse contain 70*50*30 divided by 10m^3.

This wasn't the exact way it was asked, but you catch the drift.

Also, there was the bus station question where you are to calculate how many Minutes it'll take you from one location to another. That question had loads of irrelevant data's, but beyond that it's quite straightforward.

Just be really calm, look beyond the too many data's they include to make it look complex and you'll be fine. I had 25th percentile in the practice, but after seeing the patterns of their questions, i was in the 80th percentile in the main test. You can do it bro.

It was not funny at all, the balance of speed and accuracy have to be maintained. But what really helped me was actually understanding the questions. It's basic maths but the questions must be understood,
