The smallest battery can do about 10 hours for a 65watt laptop; i prefer to also undervalue the capacity for obvious reasons

In as much as my laptop has a type C usb port, Hp support claimed it wasn't meant for charging so whichever power bank I'm searching for shouldn't be the type of normal power bank rather the ones with a socket.
