I intend to build a mini solar system in my home just for charging my Phones and Laptops just two actually then probably weekend to watch TV with my GoTV decoder. My TV is a LED LG product of 32 INCHES.

From my experience, you battery is gone, lead acid especially cheap Chinese brands cannot be saved, you might have a slim chance if it were the premium brands.

As for the laptop power banks, there are various models and capacities out there mostly based on your budget, from brand new ready made to locally fabricated.
