Arbayong:

I am yet to start the farm mate. But most multicrop threshers will do it.
Just go to Jiji or Alibaba and look for bean thresher.
I'm not sure I'm allowed to post pictures.
You can go to Jiji Ghana for instance and search for multicrop threshers. There are small/medium size ones that can do maize, soybeans, sesame, millet, sunflower , sorghum etc costing about 13,000 cedi
.
Thanks. But you're allowed to post pictures. Just reduce the size to 4mb or less

Chidiebubeoji:

I think greengo. Because of it's gynoecious flowering pattern ( excessive female flowers).

I'm still learning to get the feeding pattern right though.

With the right amount of fertilizers, pruning, spraying, weather, That cultivar has a lot of potential for abundant yield.

.
Ok thanks

Cedagrochemical:
For my Foliar Fertilizers;
Croplift by Yara Fertilizer for my vegetative stage: I don't feel good if Croplift isnt added to my feeding routine especially for the early stages of the plants. It contains a perfect blend of Nitrogen, Phosporus, Potassium and micronutrients needed by young plants to thrive even in a harsh weather condition. Its usually my first choice but if it isn't available, I go for Tecamin Max by Agritecno. I will be using this foliar from week 1 which is this week till week 3 or more depending on the overall health of the plants all things being equal

Tecamin Flower for Flowering stage; Although my first choice would have been Controphyt PK by Agritecno, but its currently out of the market. We will stick with what's available. Tecamin flower is also up to the task

Agriphyt ZnMn; Ever since I learnt the role Zinc, Boron and Molybdenum plays in flowering and fruit formation, I never joke with them. I used to have a foliar that was 12% Zinc and another one of like 5% Boron, I used this combo for a batch of cucumber and the result was crazy. I could restock them, they became scarce. This is the closest product to what I need although the composition of Zn in this mixture isn't as much as 12% in the other product used. Little is better than nothing, I added it to my shopping cart

Lastly is Micro nutrient EDTA; A friend gave me a little when I did tomatoes years back, OMG, the tomato fruits came out big and the plants gave so much flowers. This one isnt for sale, its a personal use product but if you can afford it, I can help you get some. Its quite expensive
.
Can u state the prices of these foliar fertilizers?

Arbayong:
I am a Ghanaian who's enjoyed NLF for more than a decade. I plan to cultivate cowpea and soybean now to be harvested around late July.
It will still be raining small small. I'm from the north where the crop dries before we harvest but I bought farmland in the south where they farm twice a year.
We just cut or uproot the beans in the north and put the whole plant in the thresher without picking the pods.
I would like to know if this is also possible for beans harvested in July as there may be a little more moisture. It would be difficult picking the pods from 5 to 15 acres before threshing.
Thanks
.
Can you post pictures? Including the thresher.

@FarmTech, what if the algorithm for ranking most recently updated or active pages should be tweaked to ignore posts by the original poster (OP)? Can that possibly deter post bumping by the OP to keep it active?

What these advertisers are doing to the section landing page is so annoying and discouraging to visit the section which is currently my most important section

Only the site owner can see to that. Highest we can do is ban the person

The place is gud. But include fans for better ventilation. By the time manure start to pile up the present ventillation may not be enof.

And watch out for ammonia. Bad Poultry Litter Management will Cost You A Lot!

Pls, what of insecticide that contains Imidacloprid? The insecticide I use contain flubendiamide and thiacloprid. I alternate with thunder (Imidacloprid). I only spray in the evening though. Should I use emmamectin benzoate instead?
.
I used imidacloprid too @ 5ml per 16L. It kills cuke beetles unlike emmamectin and abamectin
Celebrities / Re: Marrying A Lady You Met As A Virgin Doesn’t Guarantee Peace”israel DMW Opens Up by FarmTech(m): 1:56pm On Nov 26, 2023
immortalcrown:
Virginity is for a healthy relationship with God, not to guarantee anything in marriage. But some people think it is just for pride in marriage.

Now, let me say the bitter truth. Any person who chooses to marry someone that is so committed to the hip-hop industry is not decent in thoughts and actions. So, I am not surprised by this guy's wife. Argue with your keyboard.

But virginity should not be underrated. I understand that every saint had a past and every sinner has a future. But my point here is, it is not easy for an adult to keep virginity. Whether you admit it or not, virginity says a lot about self control. A virgin with a bad character is better than a person who equally has a bad character and was deflowered before marriage. A well-mannered virgin is better than a well-mannered person that has been deflowered outside marriage. My analysis applies to both male and female. Please, I am not talking about those who lost their virginities through rape.
.
Well said. Marrying sb who work with an immoral celeb isn't a good sign at all

Take note, God didn't destroy Sodom and Gomorrah because of homosexuality. The people wanted to rape the "visitors" as a means to humiliate them. I wouldn't even say "God' destroyed, but rather the "visitors" destroyed.

Don't you question why lot was willing to give up his only daughters to be raped to death? As a matter of fact, it was not righteousness that saved lot, it was simply his connection to Abraham. That was all. I've seen Christian authors try to concert shenanigans (subconscious infiltration of thoughts kobo!!!) to claim that lot was righteous. Will a righteous man throw out his daughters like that? Think godamnit! Think!

I always know it will come to this. Some other churches that accepting it followed this route. They tell u God love sinner and call LGTBQ people sinners. After some yrs when people get used to it they legalize it.

Place your faith in Christ not church institutions or men.

There is a flaw in the design of the robot.

Ideally all robots and machinery used in the manufacturing process should have an automatic kill switch which cuts off power to the robot once it's pressed

Lostchild:
@Farmtech
The very moment you told me you do fly at night, using your hands, then I instantly knew you are of God.

What makes you fly when you flap your hands?

Recently, the Spirit of God gave me a more clearer vision of this, why you fly using your hands.

From your upper shoulder to your fingers, is a black wings that look like that of hawk. That is why, when you flap your hands, you ascend into the air. The more you flap, the more you go higher and faster.

Your spirit is light weight and more delicate than your physical body. Your spirit is not subject to the laws of time, space and weights.

Like me, I have wings. I can fly backward. I can stay in one spot. I can fly without flapping. I can fly holding things with my two hands.

Sometimes I still use my arm/hands.

I just feel like giving you a more clarification why you flap and fly. grin

Farmtech. Just keep praying.
.
I don't notice any wing and no flapping of hands. If I point my palms downward, I rise, Backward I move forward and forward I stop. I I do all these while standing upright.

Thanks.

I will rotate the mancozeb + Metalaxyl fungicide with another with Mancozeb + Azoxystrobin as active ingredient. These are what i can get around me. Regarding insecticides, am starting with Belt expert (flubendiamide and thiacloprid), then later with Blaze (Emamectin benzoate). Pls, help with the dosage rate of the belt expert per 15 litres watee, 0.15L/Ha was only written on the bottle. Thanks
.
Normally it is 400L of water per ha. So 3ml in 8L water or 6ml in 15L. Try this and see if there is need to increase to 10ml.
