Tiffbuxas: OK let's be rational no more bullcrap... Be sincere is everyone in the North a Muslim? What happens to those who are not? Would it be fair to make it compulsory for them Cuz of the obvious lack of French teachers? Wouldn't it be preferable to keep it down to the believing schools? you didn't read my post, did you? If you didnt, I said the course/ subject is not compulsory, if you are not a muslim you will not take the subject is that not fair enough? After all there are various courses of both religion since from primary school curriculum till tertiary level, then why is this one giving us headache? we also have missionary schools in the North and alot of my friends attended it and the school made it compulsory for them to take CRK and other christian related stuffs. what do you have to say about it?. |

Tiffbuxas: Farouk0403 I don't have a problem with Islam, I have cool Muslim peeps even an alfa as friends, Buh I concern is of people like you who are radicals, if Islam grows congratulations Buh don't try to islamatise a nation that does not believe in your religion.
It because of people like yourself that the South wants out, you can't separate reality and sentiment, if you continue like this believe me you won't go far. Moreover to clarify my parents are not pastors neither am I, I've studied ur Islam or Muslim God as well as the Christian God. So if you want to get draw in a war of thumbs with me believe me YOU WILL LOSE Then stop behaving like you are suffering from islamaphobia, who cares if the south wants out? I don't give a dame same goes with my family and friends. The Arabic courses have already been introduced in the north, and it is an elective is not compulsory so whats the big deal about it ? You guys are the badguys with running mouth but if we do/ say something otherwise you will start crying victims. Can't you leave us in peace afterall is our religion not yours. |

Judolisco: Ekiti State Governor, Ayodele Fayose, on Friday in Ado-Ekiti, declared himself as the next President of Nigeria.
The governor – a member of the Peoples Democratic Party – boasted that he and his party have the attributes to wrest power from the President Muhammadu Buhari-led All Progressives Congress in 2019.
He also boasted that former governors Segun Oni and Kayode Fayemi would fail if they contest the 2018 governorship election in the state.
According to him, neither of the two performed to an admirable level that would make the residents of Ekiti State give them a second chance like he was given.
The governor spoke at a meeting with political office holders at the Government House, Ado-Ekiti, where he also inspected Osoko Political Institute Centre.
He said, “Just because Ayo Fayose has won a second term to become Governor of Ekiti State, some people also think they can come back now, but I want to tell them that it is not possible. I am the man wholeheartedly loved by Ekiti people because of the many developmental projects that have brought great infrastructural and developmental advancement to Ekiti State.
“If you go around Ekiti State, you will see my handiwork dotting every nook and cranny of the state. This is why I am the man who every Ekiti person will follow in 2018.”
Fayose said he had the penchant for taking powers from people having defeated two former governors (Niyi Adebayo and Fayemi) in governorship elections.
“I have a penchant for taking powers; that one in Buhari’s hand. I will take it. I’m going straight to that (Presidential) Villa. I’m the next President.
“I want to be the next President of Nigeria. My own won’t be this change that has brought nothing, we are going to represent the people well and tell them the truth.”
Fayose said a public rally to celebrate three years of the election of June 21, 2014, which brought him to office, would hold next Wednesday, to serve as a show of force to intimidate his opponents. iamexcelblog: These are the real owners of Abuja. The Gbaggyi people. Abacha a Kanuri man pursued them from there birthplace and sold their lands to foreigners. They migrate a lot like the Fulanis. Most times I don't pity them because just like the average Nigerian, they see Igbo people as their problem. They like pretending that they are Hausas or Fulanis. You can hardly see them speak their language even with one another. Always speaking Hausa which is a general Northern language. Some people call them gwari.
Aside the Fulani, the most brutal, wicked and heartless tribe in Nigeria is the Kanuri of Borno and the Igbos in Ebonyi and Nsukka. These set of people have no chill. Human blood means nothing to them.
Most often, Igbo people confuse Hausa with Fulani. No. The average Hausa man has no issue. More often, its the Fulani that are deadlier. Even their young beautiful girls can lure you with sex and poison you. Quote me anywhere. Are you saying this based on fact or you are just spewing trash? And why do you guys hate Igbos from Ebonyi you people always castigate them like they are not real igbos. There are two types of fulani so you can't generalized the way you did. As for kanuri yes majority of them are tribal bigots i can affirm to what you said about them. |

EVILFOREST: What else do we expect the GOVERNORS to say...? I never expected anything different.
They are after their 2nd term BIDS and Senatorial bids.. Nonsense. Igbos have been insulted to the MARROW. Igbos Loved NIGERIA so much , that was why they made efforts to travel, live and establish in other areas with the hope that ONE NIGERIA exists...
Then when those who claim to be PURVEYORS of ONE NIGERIA come down to the far south and east.., they dare not even RENT ACCOMMODATION .. They rather sleep like Bats everywhere, still fomenting troubles as herdsmen who do not pay operational permits and taxes... Chasing students out of classrooms with namas.
They are fast at publishing ARTICLES that IGBOS will not produce IG. of police in the next 20years... IGBOS won't be allowed to head the custom.. IGBOS won't be allowed to head the JUSTICE cadre. IGBOS won't be allowed to head the Immigration... IGBOS not qualified to lead NIGERIA ... When GEJ was president, they made sure they made his RIGIME ungovernable, just as they promised. They always say things any how and get away with such.
A POLICE OFFICER said he would kill 200 southerners if PMB should give up the ghost.... A Redeemed Christian Lady was brutally killed, yet nothing. Another was beheaded, despite arrests, they were released and compensated. Osibanjo is being threatened now and asked to withdraw his ambition of vying in 2019, should anything happens to PMB....Isn't he eligible...?? U claimed to be for everyone and for nobody, yet 2weeks into office you displayed what a kindergarten kid couldn't do, by addressing people with a mathematical blunder of the century (97% and 5%)
.....what sort of a country is this....?
Someone in the south bunkers Oil, they call him an illegal oil bunker.. Someone in Zamfara mines LEAD, they encourage him.. Are both not NATURAL RESOURCES..?? ...even when they come down with lead poisoning, they are treated by the Federal Hausa Government and compensated.
U say ONE NIGERIA, yet u spread Arabic inscriptions on our legal tender(money) and Nigerian Army logo without considering the feelings of others.. U built ASO ROCK and National Assembly like MOSQUES. Yet u open your mouth to say ONE NIGERIA....because you are well represented... abiii What nonsense....?? What do they take people down here for..?
So if all these have been planned, what else do they need the IGBOS for.....?. THIS shouldn't cause WAR nor any form of rancor... They should even help the IGBOS to pack their properties and leave the stupid recalcitrant IGBOS there.. Typical igboman with his fanatic thought, so whats in there when we use Arabic in our currency? stay there don't use it. just because the building of National assembly looks like mosque does it change anything? afterall it is just the exterior view. I guess you have never been there and here you are typing rubbish just because you a filled with hatred and fanatism. Yes it will be hard for igbos lead Nigeria, they can't even trust theirselves how do you expect others to trust them. Can't you recall what happened in 2003 election, you all turned your back on ojukwu and voted for Obasanjo second term. And stop lying about igbos not heading immigration, custom, police, CBN. |

Ojiofor: Have Kanu's hate speech killed any of you? Is Abubakar shakau of Boko haram preaching peace by bombing Igbo churches in NE? Why haven't the rest the country given quit notice to Hausa/Fulani/Kanuri due to boko haram and herdsmmen terrorism against the people of the south? If there is any section who have shown hatred to others both in words and in action nobody has done that more than the blood sucking hausa/fulani/kanuri terrorists. You should be the one to be expelled because you do not deserve to co-habit amongst civilised people. I lived in Kano for 8 good years and have to leave after surviving two deadly riots in early 90s. Who are the people bokoharam's have been killing all this while? is it not the hausa and other northerners? we have condemned the act of bokoharam in several occasions have you and your people ever castigate Nnamdi kanu and his gangs i don't think so. you southerners have problem why will you come to the north and stay in slums just because you are after cheap accomodation and expect something different. If i will stay in the southeast i will never stay in slums or somewhere that have retrogressive mind, i will use my last cash to stay in a place where people have thesame ideology as mine, same goes to other states. And you are being ridiculous when you say igbo churches are the targets. |

coptic: One's religion does not determine their region.
I am aware that there are Christians in all states of the north. I know this for a fact.
I have both Christian and Muslim friends from States like Katsina, Jigawa, Yobe, Borno, Adamawa, Gombe, Kebbi, Sokoto, Kano, etc.
There's no unfinished business with the Hausa/Fulani resident in Jos. Fighting is a thing of the past, which I pray does not happen ever again.
I am friends with many Hausa/Fulani people in Jos even to this day. I don't have anything against them. I respect them like I would every other person.
However, culturally, we have nothing in common with the core north, truth be told. They even refer to us as arnaye. I'm sure you know what that means. Arne in hausa literary means a pagan, which you are not one so why will it bother you? nothing to worry about. And still whether you like it or not Jos is a northern region, when Yakubu Gawon was milltary president he was called a Northerner. Geographically you are a northerner but your culture might differ. plateau people have so much in common with southern Borno and some part of Adamawa and taraba. |
