Yes you are right about some of our business men, most of them limit their thinking ability when it comes to establishing business, some of them are doing it out of fear not to sink their cash in an unsafe environment unlike Dangote who have government support and if any losses happen to one of his company/assets government will automatically refund and compensate him.

our government is a joke they don't want Dangote to step down on his ranking for the richest man in Africa, that's why they are supporting him and giving him monopoly of wealth/business opportunities over others.

the truth is that the average southern youth often has more drive to succeed than the average northern youth, this drive sometimes leads to undesirable conducts like the one we are currently discussing. this drive also accounts for the wave of migration by southern youths to various countries, northern youths are not very much into migration, most times migration for them entails just leaving kano or their home state in the north and coming down south to look for menial jobs.
