Bringing in Shehu to the midfield is a proof that what we need to win this match is nothing but luck, i pray the luck shines on us

This is not the kind of match u play so many debutantes, simon should come for Lookman already

I have watched this match for over 60mins to conclude that Rhor has nothing to offer Nigerian football. He has no tactical input and cannot even make a simple selection.
Upon all the problems we have seen in this team, the only solution this man could think of is bringing back Ighalo.
Any small team in Africa today can be a threat to SE and we can only need luck win any match.
Now there's no excuse of bad pitch but our problem is simply a bad coach.

If man U can call on a 36 year old ronaldo, whats wrong with calling ighalohuh
Do we actually have problem in attacking department? What effort has Rhor made in the AM position where we have issues? How many African teams has the quality of strikers we have in SE? Taking a wrong medication can only worsen a health situation.

Everybody can be a solution to our midfield problems, Dennis plays as a winger or a striker
we have seen a makeshift players perform better than their natural position overtime.
Any time I watch Emmanuel Dennis, I keep pondering how well this guy can perform in an AM role under a visionary coach. He is an intelligent player and has everything it takes to perform well there. he controls and passes the ball so well even in a tight space, he has speed and carries the ball so well from the deap. He dribles so well and has eyes for goal. He is duped Nigerian Neymar for reasons. If Musa can be deployed to play a number 10 role for Nigeria, I don't the see the reason why Emmanuel Dennis can not be tried there especially now that we are lacking quality in that position.

I'm watching him too. the guy is so good with his ball carriage, passings and workrate. We can't have all these young midfielders and be shivering whenever Ndidi or iwobi is absent. Rhor has to go pls

SportsRe: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by Farzat: 6:33pm On Oct 07, 2021
Invitation of only 3 midfielders for a match will always result in a performance like this, it could have been worse if Bonke started. Where exactly is the coach expecting the creativity and ball retention from? Is it from the wingers that he always assign defensive duties to? BTW what exactly is Ekong expecting from all those long balls, how is he better then Awazie? Or how is Okoye better than Uzoho?
I really don't know the magic the Nff is expecting from this coach. After 5yrs of coaching a talented young team like SE, we still don't have a pattern of play, still depending on individual efforts and luck to win a team like CAR.
This is unacceptable, this man must not add to the frustration of Nigerians

Good day everyone.
Pls does anyone have any idea why Obinna Nwobodo has not been called up to the SE. We have been lacking quality in our midfield for a long time and it is expected that our coaches should monitor more of our midfielders doing well at their club sides. Judging by consistency and performance, Obinna Nwobodo should be a regular in SE ahead of Etebo, Onyeka and Bonke. I have always watched with discontent seeing Rohr playing Shehu or Ajayi as a makeshift midfielder when we have a top performing player like Obinna Nwobodo.

Rhor is right starting Shehu ahead of Aina. Kalu has a long way to go though d talent is there. Etebo is working hard but Ogu would have added more value in giving d team a balance and retaining of posession
SportsRe: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by Farzat: 8:34pm On Oct 12, 2018
Quick recovery to Onazi. We should learn to appreciate and critisize these players when neccesary.
Meanwhile updates from camp is pointing that Rhor will replace Onazi with Etebo. We still have Ogu, Shehu and Ajayi who can fill in that role. In my opinion Ogu would have been d best partner to Ndidi. Etebo's ability to play multiple roles has made him a master none just like Iheanacho and their place should be on the bench.

Rhor played gamble on Uzoho and its paying off. I am expecting him to take such gamble on a striker and i'm suggesting Akiyemi. As for Ujah, I'm 100% sure he wont be better than ighalo.
Meanwhile let d clamour for the invitation of Ebere Eze be loud on every corner because we cant afford to loose him.

Lack of historical record, state creations and regional boundaries set by the past military government of Nigeria is the major cause of identity crisis in Nigeria especially in soutt south. Elders and politicians pledges allegiance to any region they feel they are more protected and their interest easily actualized.
How can Someone be busy making analysis to tell people that has the same culture, speaks the same language, eats the same food, bears the same name, shares boundary and wears the same attire that they are not related just to prove allegiance to some others that doesnt share theese similarities.
All this argument can never change people's idealogy and interest but Restructuring Nigeria must be a right step in rediscovering our true identity, equality and regional independence.

Nops, he is clearly supporting there claim.

You saw how he jumped to claim people of Igbanke are closer to Esan than to the Igbos but when I gave him a link he mellowed.

I have a science/engineering back ground but I also developed very keen interest in History, Geography and Economics.
And to further prove his support, he said that he has spoken to some prominent citizens of Agbor and they all denied being Igbos. is his purpose for speaking to those prominent citizens simply to find out if they are lgbos? How can someone who claim to be connected to almost foreign born players and prominent citizens be bent to a tribal arguments on nairaland. Something must be wrong somewhere.

I am sorry to use the term Ignorance but it's something I come across quite often.

Some people have such limited life experience and parochial view of Nigeria that they think Uhrobo, Ijaw, Ikwrre, Ogoni, etc are Ibo.

The Anioma people of Delta may be related to the Igbo but do not consider themselves as Igbo, I mean the Ika, Kwale, people to mention just a few.

How did Idowu get into our dear SUPER eagle?
What is Rhor's problem with Onyekuru? That boy is hungry to show his class but has not been given chance.
Rhor should be sacked for d single reason of leaving Ighalo on d pitch for 90min. If you cant make impact against Seychelles, against who will he then make impact.
Why playing 2 defensive midfielders and keeping posession in your half when nobody is there to attack you.
Is better to find a capable assistant for Rhor or simply sack him. He's been too conservative with wrong choice of players.

Revealed : Arnaut Danjuma Slightly Favors Netherlands Over Nigeria

Club brugge winger Arnaut Groeneveld Danjuma has stated he currently has a slight preference for the Dutch national team over the Nigerian

The 21 year old Nigerian born Dutch youth International is eligible for both Nations owing to his dual parentage ( his Mother is Nigerian)

And while the fast rising talent has already turned out for the Dutch u21 team a recent move in which he changed the name on his shirt to reflect his Nigerian name . . . . http://www.soccerassembly.com/revealed-arnaut-danjuma-slightly-favors-netherlands-nigeria/
Whether they voiced it out or not, FB will always consider Nigeria a second option. The earlier we learn to respect our players and encourage them when things are not going well the better for their confidence and commitment. Imagine someone comparing Onazi with Billing. What an insult. With the talents we have in this country, all these average FB should go through submitting of application and a process of identifying with Nigeria before they are invited to NT except if d player is in d class of Messi.

Rhor is not a WC standard coach. He wasted our substitution by starting ldowu and Iheanacho. when its obvious that lheanacho does not fit in, Rhor made d worst mistake of bringing ighalo instead of lwobi. We needed lwobi to help in possesing ball upfront and making a penetrative passes to a speedy Musa. When argentina were bringing in strikers, we have defensive midfielders that would have helped choke d spaces but Rhor was confused on who to remove. I can confidently say that his selection failed us.

Now btw musa and ighalo who will be d passer of d ball. Rhor is not really intelligent. Why not bring lwobi so we can posses ball upfront n have some passes

I hope Rhor is not starting Idowu again. We should not be using our subtitution chances for defence. Our re-enforcement should be upfront when we need goal and in midfield when we need to defend goal.
