If men do not accept responsibility they have automatically given themselves Licence to misbehave.

Lecturers should be professional and work within what is legal and lawful. If a lady misbehaves they shud put her in check or report the issue to the appropriate quarters cos ladies can also harass lecturers.

to be articulate means you have a good verbal ability and communication skills:there isnt much correlation between articulation and intelligence there are many people who are articulate when speaking but are stupid, naive and short-sighted.

I think if you're intelligent you should be able to know words, piece one and two together and form simple sentences, especially if thats the language they use to teach you in school, everyone can't do that, some can't even remember words so i guess those who can are more intelligent than those who can't, if its easy everyone would be doing it.
