There should however be a Caveat he must never sexually abuse a woman in future, the case can be reopened.

Honestly, the lady's story sounds believable but that isn't enough to make it true. What if it was consensual and knowing what such bad publicity will do to his image, she threatened in the past to cry foul and he settled her and now she's aiming higher
