newbie2018:

don't say you still went Abuja without an appointment after all the warnings I gave on here!

I am presently in Abuja. My E-Visa was issued on the 13th of June while my biometric appointment was slated for July 23. I would be chilling here till my appointment date. Hope I am still on point?

TIME: 12:00AM
REQUIREMENT:
1. ORIGINAL PASSPORT VALID
2. MASTER OR VISA CARD FOR POS PAYMENT
3. MEDICAL REPORT FROM GARKI HOSPITAL OR NIZAMIYE HOSPITAL ABUJA.( FOR WORK VISA ONLY)
BANKS CARD WORKING_ UBA, ZENITH, FEDELITY, STERLIN ,ECO FIRSTBANK.

The Above was the response I got after booking my appointment with the Embassy. My Visa is supposed to be a tourist visa. Do I need to do Medicals or is this just the generic response that everyone gets whenever they book appointment? Please educate me.

I would be arriving Abuja this Thursday, and would like to do my Biometrics on Friday. Please, can someone help me on how to fast track this? Thanks
newbie2018:

you must return Nigeria or forfeit the visa in a 45 days period from date of issue or you can reapply for a residence visa (I understand you do not need to go to Nigeria for this but it's most expensive about a million plus) .

the whole Abuja process takes just 5 days at most so you could chill in a hotel, buy a one way ticket to Abuja direct and then buy a return ticket to Dubai.

quote me elsewhere on nairaland let's talk moat extensively but like I said you must come to Nigeria, the process can be brief if you know your way

Thanks to all of of you guys for the information..It was really helpful
kaizenBash:

The return ticket could as well be back to your country of residence so far you still have a valid visa or entry to the country.

Please, must it be a return-ticket to Dubai for a 3month Visa, even for people that are not resident in Nigeria but just coming to Abuja for the Visa?

Hi Everyone!

I'm an Erasmus Mundus Scholar currently studying in Spain. My Second Semester commences in January at the University of Oslo. Please, does anybody have a good recommendation for a Nigerian Restaurant in Oslo?

Thanks.

Hello Everyone,

I won the Erasmus Mundus Masters Scholarship Scheduled to commence this September in UAB. I am currently sourcing for my documents for legalization.

Please, I was born in 1988 and my birth certificate is laminated. Moreover, my third name is missing on it. Kindly advise me on what to do in this regard, as I do not want to make avoidable mistake.

Thanks.
