Production Manager

Fresh Graduates
Bsc/HND
Candidates must have completed NYSC service.
At least 30 years.

Of course, Federal Civil Service is notable for one thing....."Peanut Salary" compared to most Agencies and Parastatals, but this is my experience thus far in the Federal Ministry of Water Resources:

1. Welfare Packages: Christmas, Easter and Sallah welfare packages are given to staff and it is mainly monetized

2. Trainings: it can be either Ministry training or schedule related training, and they come with monetary package

3. Trips within/outside Nigeria: this are trips made on duty to designated locations either to get informations or perform certain task.....the DTA (duty tour allowance) is usually fat!

4. Events/Workshop/Conferences hosted by Ministry: most of the key players (e.g Ushers, Secretariat, ......etc) are gotten from the Ministry and of course, they will be paid at the end of the program

5. Sport Club: Each Ministry have a sport club that represents it during inter-ministry games. You can make few bucks from engaging in them and fatter bucks if it requires travelling.

6. Overtime: In events such as budget preparations or official duty that require you to spend extra hours in the office, you get a renumeration for it.

And lastly

7. Gifts from Senior officers/ Management staffs: there is reward for serving the top shots well in Ministry.....and it is beyond MEASURE and UNQUANTIFIABLE compared to others.

So with these 7 points, a good year is a year that has at least 3 of these.....and add that to the annual salary and you'll have a good take home when divided by 12


I don't know if these are obtainable in Agencies and Parastatals but a faithful Federal Civil Servant has no complaint if he goes to work regularly and stays humble. I'm sure there are other things I didn't mention, feel free to add.............................

from oshodi, enter mile 2 bus,from mile 2,enter Agbara bus or badagry bus,tell d conductor that u will drop at agbara, from agbara u can take another bus going to lusada then drop at tipper garage or amazing grace,then u can now take bike from d bus stop to d company,fastizer (they produce biscuit) OR from agbara u can take bike direct to the company(bike will collect about 300 to drop u there from agbara direct). good luck bro

hmmm....I Dont really see that as interview ooo...because such group interview can't really tell about someone's true ability... but I believe its only d God's favoured and ordained candidate to work with the d said company that will be selected. Hustle continues till we get a better offer.

A friend on nairaland has received text message for tomorrow's interview with the company. I pray he get the job. wish those that has been contacted success in their interview tomorrow.

I applied ,even I went to the company to also submit hard copy application b4 d deadline but when I got there they told me they've gotten someone a week b4....I've not heard anything again

The interview focuses more on the post you applied for and it's like a chat. You don"t get to spend up to 10Minutes.
Before the interview, the interviewer will give the applicants a brief about what the interview is all about, and also what the company does. Mind you, the name of the company won't be disclosed to you but trust me it's a popular company.
If successful, you will be having another interview with the client.

So OP, you have nothing to fear. Just rehearse your role as a quality control officer.

From Oshodi-Oke, enter a bus going to Iyana-Oworo/Bariga/New Garage, Drop at Charley Boy Bustop. Enter the street by charley and walk down a bit, Mabinuori Dawodu is the first street on your right.

I don't think so but there was a guy that came without an invite,d guy said one of their staff asked him to come for the test and he was asked to call the person....he called the person and he was allowed to write d test. But u can gate crash if u are very smart.

I attended...GMAT 20 questions after that,they will mark it. Then u'll do 2nd test base on the position u applied for.
