1. Attach more special force to fill in the gap for the mean till everything is ready

2. Draft a new template and policy for the unit

3. Upgrade their training facilities

4. Consult International security outfit for more input

5. Get standard fighting gears and weapons for the unit

6. The unit would only remain in the station until called upon on grave situation the standard policemen cannot handle

7. Get Special Operation vehicle

8. Upgrade their salary, Health Care Scheme, Housing Scheme

9. Yearly upgrade training abroad - To meet up with the new security tackling trends in the world

10. The IGP should step down - He lacks the expertise
