Invasion of privacy is a crime in Nigeria, you cannot illegally record private phone conversations and release the conversation without consent, authentication, or cooperation.

He's so stupid that he released the whole thing with other people's names without edits and exposing himself to lawsuits.

The guy is playing with prison, too much clout chasing and attention seeking.

If it were to be a nobody Nigerian that was sentenced to jail for spraying money, am sure VDM sef go help talk to people to raise money to get a lawyer to intercede for a pardon and get him out. In this case Falana was doing his legal job, if at all he was contacted. So VDM making it look as if he did/ was going to do that to surpress the law was very wrong.

My main issues are: not staying in the prison and EFCC bribery.

The N actually means you don’t need to exit the Uk before you can make your application. Probably you’re in Uk already. You might need to ask your employer tge duration of your contract. I have not seen a one year sponsorship anyway.
