Also, to refute your posit that i was "rejected" by university. I never applied to university after my secondary school rather i applied to polytechnic and was admitted, i even had the opportunity of DE to LASU after my ND programme, but i rejected it. The reason for that was not just for glorification but was prompted by my goal to be the best of my field. I had seen and still seeing graduates of both polytechnics and universities and it is not a covert outcry that the former are better than the latter. Why?

The polytechnic teaches and empirically develop its products. How?

The initial two (2) years of study is subjected to experience and training (1 year I.T) and also a requirement for HND admission, thus making HND classes very interactive where every individuals will come with his/her observations and experiences.

Consequently, undergraduate studies requires not just recycling the archaic philosophy (Theory) of solving professional challenges rather a foundation philosophies and empiricalism to confute or construe the one that suits contemporary professional practice. Thus, higher degrees can subsequently enhance one's ability of proposing assertions or set of principles that fit the country and the contemporary practice. The Institute of Strategic Management Nigeria describes it as "Management theory Jungle".

This is the stance of Polytechnic education in Nigeria.
Education / Re: Nuc Approved Grades by fatai4change(m): 1:10pm On Dec 25, 2017
The challenge of unemployment in Nigeria is not an issue for HND graduates only; In fact we have more jobless University graduates in Nigeria than Polytechnic graduates. Moreover, i am a proud product of a polytechnic and i never stopped at HND. I have done my PGD and presently doing my MSc, aggrandized with several professional courses/certifications among are: Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered) -Ass Member, Institute of Strategic Management Nigeria - Ass Member, Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing, SEO, SMM, SEM, Web Analytics and preparing for my CIPM - Ass exams among others. All these are built upon the foundation of my HND (Upper). More so, i have proved myself outstanding among my contemporaries, specifically when i went for SSC 43 Selection Board of the Nigerian Army at NDA, 2014 and even while at training.

My inference: First Degree/HND is just the preliminary stage of higher education in Nigeria. Further development edifies the mind and thus makes one a demand-able product for employers.

Hence, is my Upper credit not worthy of the nomenclature 'almighty'?

Wow! I am most gracious by this change. The fuckers with 3.5 on a 5 point scale had been pairing themselves with the Almighty Polytechnic Upper Class of students who arduously work to get 3.0 on a 4 point scale. Let's see how many of them would be able to achieve this feat henceforth.

Crime / "#ENDSARS” AND THE IGP DIRECTIVE ON RE-ORGANISATION OF SARS – MY EMPIRICAL POSIT by fatai4change(m): 6:14pm On Dec 05, 2017
"#ENDSARS” AND THE IGP DIRECTIVE ON RE-ORGANISATION OF SARS – MY EMPIRICAL POSIT

In every Country, State and Community, the people saddled with the responsibilities of piloting and managing of resources both man, material and immovable resources of the Nation can only achieve these with laws and enforcing agencies created by laws for this course. This emanated the need for the Police, Military and other Security agencies established by the laws with defined purposes to ensure the citizenries regard for the laws of the Country. However, without digression from the scope of this Write-up; Nigeria, the Citizenries and her Police Force have always been a subject of debates among security experts, lawyers and scholars specifically in the areas professionalism and operation of the Police Force. One of the departments of the Nigerian Police Force (NPF), the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) has one of its Units called Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS) designed solely to tackle the menace of robbery and individuals or group of people unlawfully bearing arms to disturb the peace of the citizens. The SARS particularly is the subject of this discourse in that; there have been a campaign on the Social Media recently by some Nigerians calling for an end to the SARS operation and existence, titled: “#ENDSARS”, for the uncounted allegations of harassment, extra judicial killings, tortures and unethical conducts in the course of discharging its duties. In view of the introduction, the rationales of this write-up are to first analyse the cradle of SARS, its achievement, the purpose, point out some of the reported or alleged misconducts of SARS and also the psychological position that could have made the Inspector General of Police (IGP) to bring forth the issue of “re-organisation” if the allegations had been false, and consequently appraise if it worth decimation.

First, the case of robbery was the threat Nigerians were contending with in 1980s, 90s, and early 2000s; this however called for an expedient solution from the Nigerian Police Force which culminated in the creation of a Special Unit called SARS trained to tackle the menace in the 36 States of the country and FCT. The SARS has been operating for almost Forty (40) Years and has been addressing the issue of armed robbery and criminal cases.

In this regard, without underscoring the achievement of this department, one would agree that it has helped deplete the crime rate in the country and more so, been a threat to the notorious incidents of robbery and other criminal cases even if there are still lapses on the part of our leaders to equip and develop the operation in the country. The SARS beyond that has helped in curbing the menace of robbery and other criminal acts in Nigeria. Many of their successful operations in Nigeria cannot be annotated here as they are enormous for this brief coherent posit since inception. Hence, the purpose for its creation has been averagely achieved and requires further development and in the areas of training and making available the needed facilities to operate with.

The allegation that prompted the “#ENDSARS” campaign propagated through an outcry made by Nigerian Artiste, African China who released a video of how he was harassed, maltreated and the misconduct perpetrated on him by operatives of SARS and this was consequentially media-hijacked and the said campaign goes viral for the National Police Force to decimate SARS department.

Why restructuring now? Inspector General of Police in a statement released through the Force spokesman Mr Moshood Jimoh, orders the Re-organisation of the SARS following a campaign for the scrapping of SARS. Meanwhile, we need to recall that one of the rationales of this write up is to psychologically discover what prompted the need for re-organisation. Before I proceed further, we need to first understand what is organisation from management/administrative perspective and why ‘Re’. Re: The prefix is simply used as a repetition or again of what is done. Organisation to management philosophy is the designing and structuring of factors of production to the achievement of Strategic Goals. The contemporary factors go beyond what we know in Economics. Organisation gives birth to Structure and Design to achieve Organisation Development. However, Organisation Design is the model and method for structuring and developing an existing structure. Organisation Structure on the other hand is the arrangement of task and work process for efficiency. Thus, IGP knows better the definition of Re-organisation and as such not mistakenly mentioned.

The psychological analysis to the delineated conjunct words is simply a technical acceptance to series of outcry and allegations on the poor and unethical conducts of the operatives. Thus deems it expedient to address as it has degenerated into National Issue. Meanwhile this issue ought to have been addressed earlier as many Nigerians have been reporting such cases. Therefore, the case and other reported or pending cases of voiceless Nigerians who could not go through this medium to air the injustice they had suffered from the SARS should be investigated in expedition and perpetrators should be prosecuted. More so, the National Assembly should address the issue to avoid further occurrences. Meanwhile, scrapping would not be the solution rather reformation and re-organisation of the department. The scrapping would depict psychological resurgence of criminality in the country, and the Nigerian Army is too burdened beyond handling such menial issue which is the constitutional responsibility of the Nigerian Police Force.

It is disheartening however to note that, some miscreants have hijacked the campaign and seize the opportunity to cause chaos or controversy in the security sector to enable them continue the disturbances and havoc in the country.

Religion / Religious Institutions And Tax Exemption Cancellation by fatai4change(m): 10:46pm On Dec 09, 2014
RELIGIOUS INSTITUTIONS AND TAX EXEMPTION CANCELLATION: THE IMPLICATIONS.

Controversies have trailed the debate whether to cancel the exemption of religious institutions from tax paying or to contnue enjoying the isolation from economic and political interference and not be encroached of Divine societal abligation and responsibilities they are performing. The debate elicited as a result of the continuos emphases of people on the flamboyant and luxurious life styles of religious clerics and the reccommendation of National conference committee on the issue, believing they are rich enough to help the government improve its national income, most especially during this arduous economic year ahead and the affected projected national income caused by the continuos drop of the price of crude oil, thus facilitating the government to look inward for income generation to balance the recessed income caused by the devaluation of petroleum at the international market. However, there are questions that emanated which require answers before making any decision: Do mosques generate much income as the churches? Would the people not be made to pay double taxes? Is it these clerics that would be taxed or their organisations?

By virtue of how religious institutions aboriginated, political and economic interference in the financial and general activities would be a taint on religious practice in Nigeria, and have a great influence on the ambit of religious establishment in Nigeria. The reccommendation of the "Confab" committee was to be paying tax, after series of debate and assessment on the issue. In fact, seperatism of religious institutions and practice from political and economic interference has made many religious organisations enjoyed too much preferential isolation and yet seriously earning so much more than what one could imagine; thereby making the creation of churches in particular, an avenue for money making in the society.

Nevertheless the decision to cancel the tax exemption or not, requires much consideration and carefulness on the part of the government so as not to taint and abuse the existence of religious institutions in Nigeria and however rescind its isolatory preference from political and economic infiltration, and more so removes all doubts of business motive behind the establishment of "churches" in Nigeria.

Politics / Politics, Religion And 2015 In Nigeria by fatai4change(m): 7:56am On Nov 08, 2014
POLITICS, RELIGION AND 2015 IN NIGERIA

The encompassion of religion to the political year of 2015 emerges as a result of the trend at which the country political value is degrading understanding the political will and drives our of our politicians. How? There have always been rejection abnegating the assertion of tagging the insurgence which has been a threat to the peace of Nigeria since 2009, as an islamic group rather believing it is a political instrument. Meanwhile, the two gargatians political parties contesting for the seat of president have justified the generalization of marrying religion with politics and year 2015 in Nigeria.

However, controversy has trailed the generalization that inculcates Religion with the political year of 2015, and the hazardous prediction the political mal-practises beget considering the antecedents and the incessant unrest experiencing in the country all believed to have been politically aborigine. Religion has always been underscore by many Nigerians as a piloting agents of the ill-fated prediction of the dis-integration of Nigeria by 2015; believing Nigeria is a free-religious crisis nation irrespective of multi-religious state of the nation. However, politics has received widespread nomenclature as Bane to the development of Nigeria despite the ample human and natural resources the country is blessed with. Why politics? We need to know the political system of the country is malfunctioning and berating the political value, which inturns has a great reflection in the governance of Nigeria from the colonial rule to post colonial era which has put the country behind other contemporaries of fast developing nations. Whereas Nigeria is tagged with 2015, hence Nigeria is not the only nation that would experience the year. But why Nigeria and how?

Accusation was made sometimes ago, declaring the APC party as an Islamic party with the hidden motives of islamizing the nation. This statement was considered by many Nigerians as a mere war of words all aimed at condemning the party by other contemporaries however, if we could eradicate every elements of bigotry and trace the whole stories from the initial prediction of dis-integration in 2015, lax political value and the embodiment of religion to the political year of 2015 up to the current security threat of Nigeria, one would acknowledge emphasis on the religious criteria to the political year of 2015. From the history of the emergence of the insurgence to the operating stand of today, to opening confession made by a member of the sponsors of the sect, relegating religion is an abnormal understanding and timid tackling issues of Nigeria crisis.

Jama'atul al-sunnah liddalawatu wal-jihad was established in 1995 meaning people committed to the propagation and teachings of the prophet through proselytism for jihad. The group was hijacked by some fanatics politician, supporting the sect monetary challenges to achieve two goals: The initial proselytism of jihad which is to enforce islam and sharia laws and it's doctrine on Nigerians and Nigeria. This is evidenced through the terrorism fight. Virtually half nations of the world is fighting terrorism visioning at fighting for Allah and Jihad. The second goal is to use the social unrest to condemn the administration of the present government and achieve the political ambition of attaining the seat of governance and controlling the political system of the country. Moreover, the present administration likewise is not audacious enough to fight the battle at all cost, is also putting into consideration the 2015 election at the favourable side.

Islamic banking which was moved to enhance the financial sector of the economy but was later counter-moved by eminent associations and the National Assembly; would have been a perfect arrow to enforce Islam on Nigeria by the fanatics behind the economy of Nigeria. We need not to forget Sanusi Lamido was also accused to be among the sponsor, and APC party account is use to finance the insurgents which he knows about.

Religion is becoming a giant stride in virtually every part of the country's activities. More so, fighting terrorism by the military and the country at large has been manipulated by religious beliefs and fanatism. Not too long when the sultan of Sokoto Alhaji Abubakar Sa'ad 111 made a derogatory and ungrateful statement to the military in the congregation of muslims in Kaduna, accusing them of planning to end Islam in the nation all in the name of fighting terrorism. Analytically, the man has demoralize the fighting spirit of the military and ensued bigotry instinct to the situation of the country. Meanwhile religious fanatics and political minded people with self consideration is inflicting almost every parts and sectors of the country; economy, military, politics, religion and socio-cultural to mention but few. In fact the genesis of religious crisis is never isolated from political offices since the colonial rule to post colonial era. Some tribes depend largely on the government for sustenance, so if the power is lost, religion crisis is used to bargain.

Politics / Boko Haram-nigerian Government Truce: An Offspring Of A Failed Government by fatai4change(m): 7:28am On Nov 08, 2014
BOKO HARAM-NIGERIAN GOVERNMENT TRUCE AGREEMENT: AN OFFSPRING OF A FAILED GOVERNMENT

I had always been antagonizing any resolving approach of negotiation with the insurgents, hoping it is a lasting solution to the uprising of this deadly sect rather believing in the "All out-war approach against these miscreants. The Nigerian government and the military leaders have demonstrated the laxity in their incompetent administrative intellect in their fight against the jihadists, with the fast welcoming of a failed truce deal. I know some will always be frown with my incessant condemnation for the ability of this government and our military Generals to avert the continuity of the Boko Haram mayhems, but we need to ask ourselves; Does it not worth condemning?

Few weeks back when i updated an article on all my social media accounts, I received series of criticisms and praises from men of divergent tribes, all sycophanting for the leader representing their tribe. This has exposed the bigot minds of our prople causing reccessive in our unity and development, ignoring the truth and always sectionalizing Nigeria irrespective of its implications. The Borno state government has always been outcrying the fact of a superior weapon of the sect over our valiant military men, but we never acknowledge until now. Is it not shame for a Rebellion sect to have superior weapon than our legitimate fighters? And yet the government keeps emphasizing on funding the military adequately in the fight against these "baggas", then how?

Poor salary, owed allowances, sabotaging, political manipulations, antiquated weapons and inadequate military kits; are these the funding products of the Nigerian government on the Nigerian military? Moreover, the military chiefs have demonstrated a cowardise behaviour by fast announcing Cease fire when " There is still fire on the mountain", yet ordering the arrest of five commanders who fled the battle front of Mubi with their soldiers when the insurgents invaded. The truth is how do
you expect these men to fight extremists carrying more sophisticated weapons amid their poor motivating factors, when what belongs to hundred of thousands is enpursed by few Generals? Then all should be charged and tried for cowardise behaviour of fast welcoming cease fire on a baseless ground and for fleeing the battle front of Mubi, Adamawa. Three things win a battle: The superior weapon, Tactics and High Morale of the troops. Two of these the Insurgents have over the Nigerian military, we are only contending them with our military tactics. Low morale: When the men pushed to the battled field don't even have food to put on the table for their family. They are shortpaid, they buy kits with their poor salary. So how do we fight them? And yet the government is claiming to have spent billions of dollars on the military in the last few years. Who's fault and who is to hold the military Generals accountable if truly government did what it claimed?

The present government and his cabinet lack the ability, skills and wisdom to end the uprising of Boko Haram and more so, including political tricks at the detriment of Nigerians loosing the lives to the fight everyday.

Once again, " REVOLUTION IS INEVITABLE", and until when Nigerians take up the challenge, then we can hope for a better Nigeria.
