where are the animation studios in this country? name just one.

Nigerian movies are useless,

The best fighting game of all time is the street fighter series, and the best character in my oppinion, is GUILE his deffence is his attack. in 1998 I played sf alpha with a guy who claimed to be the best in the whole of lagos and I beat him so bad he said he would never play the game again I guess guys in warri are better at games. SF IV will be out some time this yr and I'm in line for a copy. SF II TURBO is still the most exiting of the series.

I don't think u should be looking for a school with a low price, u should be looking for a school acclaimed in animation if animation is what u really want. In my personal oppinion, there is no good animation school in Nigeria. so I wouldn't advice u to spend your money on trash. studying on ur own will help you more than any school in Nigeria when it comes to computer animation. If u can go abroad to study animation and u've got the money, that would be the best thing for u. though animation schools abroad are quite expensive. U could even do it online which I plan to do later this yr, I'm still saving up for it. the truth about most if not all the animation software, is that it actually depends on how well the user knows the software. but when it comes to animation, there's an exception in maya because of it's trax editor. when I started to study animation I was into 3dmax but I had to change to maya cus the UI captivated me the first time I opened it and I found a lot of things easier to do in maya compared to 3dmax and there is a shortcut key for almost everything in maya which makes work a lot faster.

if u really want to go into CG, u first of all have to know what part of CG u want to go into, is it animation, modelling or rendering to me, animation is the most enjoyable part and the best software for that is MAYA. at first glance the maya UI could be overwhelming but after a few days of practice u get used to it. but u have to continue cus u learn something new everyday. gimme a call or email me if u have any questions. my # is 08036758056 email: blackgoldng@yahoo.com
