Exponental: Those days, non was in my campus, n since I was living outside campus, I bothered less, it costed me abt N100 tfare then 2 even withdraw, but those living on campus spent additional N150- N200.
Banks cant be every where and also, institutions are less secured, as d security operatives dont use guns.

Am a student of abia state university.WE DONT HAVE ANY BANK IN THE SCHOOL!!!!.there r abt 5 atm's nd only one is functional(even this one dispenses cash once in 2wks).
The closest bank is at okigwe(60 naira bus fare frm school..,that 120 for round trip) nd u cn imagine d crowd at d various atm's.
So wht is d situation like at ur university?.
