Reading this made me laugh because I experience this, but before anytime I'm asked I always pray in my mind that I'm protected by the blood of Jesus because I feel these people are seeing something I'm not seeing and might want to take my glory. Don't blame me I was just ignorant, now I'm just happy to be asked for help while I do it. I mean I can't count the number of dispatch that will stop and ask me for direction or even drivers of private cars. Even yesterday some lady still asked me to help her with her load to her head, I mean I just came into her view and she just asked me with her eye like I was just right on time. I wish I can max on this like posters above insinuate but I don't know how.

First and foremost you are on the right track. Why I said so, is judging from your brief explanation of your current situation and what you have been able to achieve for the past 2yrs and how you have decided to stay with your married brother; instead of renting your own space and lavishing the money. It clearly shows you know what you really want in life.

A few tips from me:

1) Don't quit the Bet9ja job yet.
2) Don't think about renting your own space. 1.8million is too small right now to get a decent apartment and properties needed to make you comfortable in your new home.
3) Look for another side hustle and invest some part of that money. There are many side hustles that you can invest in that will yield results from now till December.( E.g 10% of that money can give you extra 50% ROI in Forex trading with bots monthly)
Then next year you can think of renting your own space and starting life with a strong financial backup.
4) Avoid Nigerian girls at all cost. They are leeches all of them. They only know how to take and take and take from you. And takers don't know when to stop... untill your are down.

Lifestarter007, I didn't read this advise but the first sentence that said you should not quit YET is the best you could get. You can even do it for 2.5 years more to save more but please don't just leave that 1.8 million as savings as inflation will finish it up before you save another 3-4 million in the next 2.5 years as I factored in inflation because you will also be seeing more money. So I'd say you should follow the advise of the second person as per investing in govt Treasury bills, the investment wouldn't much interest but it will make it stable against inflation. So after like that 2.5 years you should be having a projected 6-7 million then you can look for what to invest in which by the way you would have learn at least 50% of the investment. I mean having knowledge of the investment thereby you would not be asking what you should invest on but the investment will be fr the knowledge of 3-4 you have learnt and the one that suits you best. I wish you luck in whatever decision you choose to take.

Just like life, when panic set in that's when trouble comes if only you will remain calm and all will pass and become well. I went to sea school on the day of what they call baptism I was thrown into the sea but with a life jacket. The force in which I was thrown eh, I closed my eyes but when I opened it I was still underneath after like 7 seconds, I panicked but then I just remembered what we were told doing orientation and to call for help when we sense trouble. As I was about to call for help that's when I started floating so I just swam to the shore. But it was because I was calm that I started floating.

Sometimes i just feel like when i eventually get rich, I'll quickly get bored of money. My brothers and sisters don't get me wrong, the importance of money in life can not be overstated, but sometimes i always feel like when it eventually comes, that "so na the money be this? I feel like that sometimes especially when I get small money. Not like I feel bored with money when I get small but you know I will be happy when I have small but then as a deep thinker I just go when I have like this amount that I don't need to think about where I'm going to get what to eat next or having gotten a car and my apartment or do somethings that money can do then what next? Would I not get bored. But trust me whether I get bored or not the fact that I have #30 million in my account will excite me, so las las I will be alright.
