I applied for Lead, Blending. My questions were mostly Financial and Project Management related which I wasn't even expecting. A few Maths and Logic as well.

Please any EH in the building,Honestly the recruitment process is so unfair to those that applied for EH,the CBT questions were not really tailored to one's proffession and expertise,Some engineers were asked geological questions,some lawyers were asked Engr questions etc.The best approach would have been to invite all the EH applicants for an interview and select those who can prove their competence,after all most EH applicants were disqualified before the CBT,only a handful made it to the CBT stage.As for me I I'm yet to receive either an invitation or a rejection letter,please is there any EH in the building who has gotten an invite for the interview.Its really making me anxious.

I'm EH and I've gotten the succeess mail for interview. I concur with you, the EH exam was something else. The twist was just too much but Thank God for success at last.

The EH exam is actually one of a kind. I applied for Lead, Blending. My questions were mainly Financial and Project Management related. Was expecting Engineering/Science related questions but NNPC thought it's better they test me on how to manage their Finance and Projects when I didn't apply for a Cost Engineer position. Spotted a few math aptitude and logic questions though. Heard some Persons with similar complaints as well including two of my guys under operations that wrestled badly with the finance and project management questions and that was when I guessed it was kind of deliberate or a mix up somewhere. Yes. Photocopies of the documents you uploaded online but you still need to go with the originals as well, they will also cross check the originals of those documents. No passport was needed at my place of Physical Verification but I don't know about others. What is Paramount is your NASIM ID ( It will be used to login to their verification portal after which, you will thumbprint), photocopies of your documents (it was submitted to them in a brown envelope) and the originals of those documents for confirmation. I paid no dime. Actually, no one is supposed to pay anything. The verification is not a big deal, they check the credentials you uploaded alongside the originals, then, they use your NASIM ID to log into your dashboard, you thumbprint and it's done. This whole process takes less than 20 minutes, so, what are we paying for? Anyways, Naija will always be Naija, we look for the slightest of opportunity to extort ourselves.

Yeah. Mine is still showing "pending". I did mine today, in the morning though. I thought by now it would have changed to "pass". If thumbprinting was not done at the physical verification center, one would have assumed is the cause of it but thumbprinting was done, so how come it's still showing "pending". Could it be that the People that handled the verification did not do it well? Or Npower will eventually update the Portal to change to "pass". Just curious though cos I plan to revisit the center if it doesn't change o.

Please, do we have to update our Profiles before we can see where we have been deployed to? Or is it done in batches?

Got a neat Panasonic TV from Graceglory. The TV came as described, great picture quality and very fine design. Wow! I just got an approval of N400,000. A very big thanks to everyone for your words of encouragement. Honestly, I had forgotten about this stuff but this thread kept giving me hope that one day my approval will come after series of "Your BVN doesn't exist".

It would be great if he clarified the text invite pattern, if it's happening by departments or other means. I submitted for 2 persons, chemistry and computer science department. The chemistry received his even though the one with the computer science degree is more qualified.

Exactly my thoughts. The NMU rep. should update us so that we know what's actually going on. Interviews of this sort sometimes take days because different departments will be scheduled for different days but it seems it's only on Thursday that has been slated thus far and I'm just wondering the possibility of interviewing everyone in just a day considering the location of the school. We are waiting for their message cos we spent 2 hrs 30 min on water travelling to that place. Lol

I attended one of such seminars from wealthfield multipurpose cooperative society sometime this year although someone applied and paid for me cos I was just skeptical about the whole thing. I was excited with the outcome of the seminar but we are still on the waiting line. We were told the 2500 was meant for ID card and certificate which will act as proofs if we want to collect the grant. There was a mammoth crowd that day and we were told that by match ending we should expect the alert Lol! I don't know whether it's an organized scam cos they claimed the funds are being sponsored by World Bank, Catholic Relief Organization etc. I guessed there is no harm in trying if you can just afford to risk the N2,500 with the hope of four or five million Lol! . In all, I gained something from the Seminar because of some of the contents that were administered by the President, one Ogbemudia. For the records, we are yet to collect the ID card and the certificate.

Please, are they sending the invite in batches or everyone that will be interviewed has been sent the invitation SMS already. Just curious to know cos I and a couple of friends with background in Chemical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering are yet to get the invitation SMS.
