I love Aba but it’s no where near Ibadan, Abeokuta, Akure and Oshogbo in terms development and modernization.

still makes Enugu small.

Ibadan has 11 LGA's.Only Ibadan.
Though, I don't want to be part of this silly debate,but the fact is that all SE states capitals
combined might just be the size of Ibadan only.

Aba - P/H axis has the potential to develop. The governor even proposed to build a city in the former deputy governor’s hometown and used it to campaign but......well.

No single foreigners in those aforementioned schools though Early learning use to have one or two in those days but I am talking about international schools with many foreigners as students.

Ibadan has a lot of that.

Obviously cites in South East looks more classic and developed. .. .

Vilages/Towns in SE r actually civilized, with beautiful houses than SW.

Both regions have bad roads, and some disgraceful roofs especially SW.
