Oloyede is an autocrat and a religious extremist, he suppressed ASUU and hence managed the University's allocations as he deemed fit without any challenge. He short paid his staff and nobody could mutter a word! The difference between salaries of staff in UNILORIN and other Federal Universities where ASUU is existing is there to attest, even till today!

I hope Oloyede will be able to enforce the needed change in the current epileptic online exams. He started the computer based testing system in Unilorin (the first in Nigeria). And he is a no nonsense man. He reduced cultism in Unilorin to zero and implemented rules that force all staff, both teachings and non-teaching to sit up and perform their duties effectively. Perfect fit for sure.
