those of you shouting MBBS 370 and whatever it's well I hope jamb won't humble you like me I did my jamb and applied for Uniban for medicine and surgery but when the results for jamb came out this year I felt week guess what I scored 221 out of my targeted 300 targeted score and above I felt broke my uncle ask me to wait till next year but I don't want to stay at home with the grace of God I bought the jamb change of course and institution form now I am a newly admitted student into Ambrose Alli University,Ekpoma,Edo state under faculty of basic medicine and department of Medical laboratory science and by God grace after ASUU call of the strike this December I will be resuming by June next year what I am saying it don't just come and put all your eggs in one basket I always wanted to be a MBBS holder but after my admission into MLS I don't feel like going back to the other so I will just advice you guys should read for jamb and prepare for your post utme because some school will still send you home with 300plus in jamb thanks

Diagnosing and prescribing is the exclusive right of the Medical doctors..Their power ends in the Laboratories where they will contend with the pathologists..Or would you rather have a lab scientist treat or perform surgeries on you? Your response determines whether DMLS looks great or not.

it's no news the medical laboratory science field is now a department on its own when it comes to organizational set up giving them more autonomy and power to promote the profession

Doctors are not happy with this especially with the new D.MLS degree which makes them doctors too and for this there will be a struggle for supremacy as the medical laboratory scientist are already pushing the doctors and other medical professionals out of the hospital laboratory
