It's the fan. It's not working and they rectified that. Everything is working fine now

gta V is an old game, and should play on your PC with no lag. So I guess, it can only be a bottleneck. Download Msi Afterburner and check your fps and scan for errors. Run your fan etc. Troubleshoot first before taking it back, it could be a minor issue which they can take advantage and charge your more. I'll recommend deleting your current graphics driver.

In the search menu try device manager, go the display uninstall driver. You screen should go black. Hold the power button to hard reset. Then turn it back on. Download your drivers and download your motherboard driver from your manufacturer's website.

I am not paying for repair or anything. I still have 10months warranty left. I will download the msi after burner and try troubleshoot.

I use the Xbox gamebar to check the FPS and it's starts well like in FIFA 19. It starts at 60 then goes all the way to zero immediately it gets to that training session

just confirm if it's the keyboard first. The best way you can do it, is to loosen the laptop then disconnect the internal keyboard, plug in an external keyboard and check if it still lags, if it does, then they tampered with your CPU cooling or thermal paste.

I will take it back to them. Not loosening it since warranty is still there.

okay, I may have gotten it wrong, but still, you don't have a dedicated card for gaming. So it's not just about the CPU. If I may ask, which games are you trying to play?, you can check your heat sink and reapply thermal paste to your CPU fan

I play GTA V, FIFA 19, Pes 2021 perfectly on the pc before the repair. No lag atall.

Yes. I will give them back to sort the whole stuff. It's less than 2 months old and I am just weak. If I can dispose it for 300k. I will gladly do that coz I hate stress

when you took the laptop for the repair, did they tampered with the operating system originally there before, like did a reinstall of a new windows Os for you ? If they do this, they probably might not have installed the graphics or display driver, and some other chipset that is what is limiting you from playing the games that was once playable before.

you have an integrated graphics, which won't run any game. Ur corei7 is the first generation. That laptop is not good for gaming. Check the hear sink and apply thermal paste

Lol. My core i7 is 11th gen Bro. The games are working perfectly fine before I took it for repair. You got your analysis wrong. Enjoy.

My windows 10 upgrade slowing my game down.

Games fps now fall to 3 from 60+. Anyone with same issue after updating from system updates.

When you have a bad keyboard,trust me you will hate your laptop because a bad keyboard destabilise the whole system and make it to malfunction.

If the keyboard is faulty,I'll suggest you replace it .

The keyboard is working fine now

My Lenovo laptop is barely 2 months old but won't play almost any game after repairing the keyboard.

The keyboard stopped functioning the second day I bought it. Took it to Lenovo service center and got it repaired after 3 weeks or so.

Now, Games that run fine won't work normally. They lag as hell now. I don't know if it's a driver issue or hardware.

Anyone that can help.

NB: I have done everything the Lenovo twitter support asked me to do.it still lags and get worse.
