Willian has scored 9 PL goals this season and it is his best ever scoring season, at least in the PL. And he's the wrong side of 30 as far as sport is concerned.

His defensive shift covers for his "lack of goals" and this is the same thing Lamps sees or any other coach for that matter. You shouldn't expect the same player to be at both ends of the pitch at the same time and with the same output. If you've ever played football before you would know.
