No one is disputing the fact that he's a good manager but y'all should expect too much from him and think he'll perform miracles.
Cos he learnt from Jose doesn't mean he'll be as good as him, on the other hand he could also be better, with time.

A) stop looking at everything the Ham´s way and you will see that everything is/was justified.

1.No. never. I actually do think he deserved one of the penalties he got but definitely not 2. When he messes up, believe me, I will say it. But the issue is, why do others get away with those sort of things without any punishment(s)? So, no sir, everything is/was NOT justified.
