FBS check out the emboldened part, REASON why I said you of all people, cos u dnt go around hating and criticizing unnecessarily. Ma bad for the part Sharons name was mentioned, I was gonna say apart from Sharon.

Bro can u state how Rubin made us look like shit, you can at least back your fact up with a good proof. STATS or sumtin to show for your claim.
How many ids do you have?   shocked

But em as per the subject matter, now I understand better your previous post (as regards - Sharons).
And yep I don't go around making noise.  cheesy grin
Concerning your match with Rubin - Well you would have expected Barca (The supposed best team on the planet) to crush a team like Rubin. In all honesty, they were inferior to you both on paper and "class" of players -bar Dominguez. But you see, you got CRUSHED at home. I for one, never expected that.
Do you understand me better now?  cheesy

so does that take something away from the coach that took his guys to the final?
It takes nothing even from the team that reached the QF. They all tried.

Lesbianism Goal Of Nigerian Women Footballers: Uche Eucharia Challenges And Prospects
Uche Eucharia's open confession at the 'First Seminar on Women Football in Nigeria: Challenges and Prospects' packaged by the Nigeria Football Federation might have earned her the Super Falcons' top job.

During the seminar, Eucharia openly told the guests and participants that some of the female players oftentimes indulge in lesbianism.

"It was a very worrisome experience as some of our players indulge in lesbianism. Some went as far as renting rooms in hotels around the team's camp site where they satisfy their orgy. A good number of them even bring into the camp their men friends; a development that is detrimental to the team's preparation and participation in the competition at hand", Uche Eucharia said.

Soon after her testimony, the NFF president, Sani Lulu Abdullahi, announced that Eucharia should immediately take over as the Super Falcons Chief Coach while he would present the matter to the Executive Committee of the football house for ratification.

I don't want to derail this thread but heck, this is just. . .how do I put it, HIGHLY unprofessional from www.kickoffnigerica.com! Who manages the website sef?

I mean, if you post an article about someone, I think the logical and natural thing to do is include the person's picture, no?  undecided

But Kickoffnigeria.com for some reason, did THIS! (See image below)

So I guess Eucharia Uche is the one on blue shirt, standing with the bare chested guy on headband in that picture! grin
Sports › Eucharia Named Falcons Coach by FBS(op): 11:25am On Nov 27, 2009
Eucharia named Falcons coach
Former international Uche Eucharia has been confirmed as coach of the Super Falcons, Nigeria's women’s national team.

Uche was handed the job in a caretaker capacity after Nigeria's disastrous African Women Championships under Joseph Ladipo, but was suspended, and then fired by NFF President Sani Lulu this year.

She will be assisted by Bala Nikyu, Gidado Abubakar and Ann Chiejine.

Edat Agat was named coach of the womens' Under-20 national team. Former national team captain Florence Omagbemi, Wemimo Olni Olanrewaju and Christopher Alor will be his assistants.

For the Under-17s, Peter Dedevbo was named Head Coach to be assisted by Justine Madugu, Babatunde Sikiru Odubola and one other 'to be decided in a few days'.

It takes a lot to get even to the QF but it is the winner that is crowned.

You left out the rest like Benitez that did wonders with Liverpool grin
Wonders? What wonders? Benitez only won the CL once just like Jose M. So you see, it's not that easy.

well 1.2m is not too small nor big, imagine gulitt asking for 25m per month, how robust is his CV? saf, Capello or even more robust to guus?
he must invite rabiu Ibrahim, azeez and few others, they are potential players.
Yeah 1.2m is not too small or too big. And don't mind Gullit (if indeed he demanded that sort of fee). He should go and coach Saudi Arabia! grin
And yes, Rabiu, Azeez, Obiora, Sani Emmanuel and some others should be invited.

@FBS
LOL grin
My bad.  .  .excuse the high percentage. Woke up at past 1am to type that. I was so mad I fell asleep immediately after the game.

Still, Ben Foster shouldn't have been picked over VDS for an important UCL game. You can't reasonably argue that with me.
So that leaves Park, Vidic, Neville and Brown. 3 defenders, 1 rusty midfielder. The rest? Go figure.
Campaign after election. grin
Your analysis is still very wrong. 4 out of 11 is STILL NOT 90%.  cheesy
But again, Ben Foster was picked (I don't care to know why he was selected over VDS) so defo we have to count him and that makes 5! In other words, you did not field a team of youngsters.
Non-Starters? maybe yes, maybe not.  grin cheesy
The rest? What about the rest? Infact I want to know who qualifies to be a "youngster" to start with.

Lol, well have u ever been in a law court before listening to a lawyer tackle a case? tongue
I wouldn't want to go to court for anything. My junior sis is a lawyer though. cheesy

He does not have to win in a role but at least he should try and win it with other clubs he's coached, imagine him coaching Chelsea for more than 3 seasons and not being able to get to the final for once with all the money he got to buy players? now he's in inter and the same thing is repeating itself again. undecided at least he should get to the final for once.
First off- getting to the finals means nothing if you can't win it.
Secondly It takes time to win anything. SAF has coached MU for how many years? How many times has he won the CL?  undecided

he is surely going to look inward, he has been confirmed as the head coach to lead us to the nations cup and world cup by the nff.
Good for him and I heard he is been paid 1.2M/month. Not a bad salary eh?  cheesy
John Obuh was paid 100k? Can you imagine?
Hopefully, Amodu will bring in new and good players. That guy, Obiora Nwankwo (from U-20) is very good in the midfield. I think there should be a blend of U-17, U-20 and Some players from the senior squad - We will be UNSTOPPABLE!

so now you agreed with me that mourinho doesn't believe in an average player cheesy
You know it is very important to read and understand. I have never said otherwise. Check my previous posts.

The new method of ranking started (12 July 2006) so the 2006 nations cup is out of it. grin grin grin
You are very funny. How many times are you going to shift post eh?  undecided
It was you who mentioned 2005-2009. Not me and now you telling me 2006? Who cares when the ranking started.

Bro, i was talking about mourinho time in Chelsea, so forget about the luck issue i spoke about when he was in Porto, at least he didn't play ugly when he was with porto but he was lucky that the big names were already out of the ucl at that reason. i am comparing his time with Chelsea, not his time with Porto
You used the word "luck" and that was the main issue so no need to shy away. You lost the battle on this one.  tongue
But don't worry, I won't tell anyone. grin
Besides, name the managers "lucky" enough to win 2 CL trophies or more in a row?  undecided Please I want to know.

Yes oo, he should invite at least 10 home based players. he must do that.
Amodu is over dependent on players in Europe. He should look inwards.

Paddy_lo is doing a nice job and no one is stopping you from starting a thread and post whatever pictures you desire.
You may call it "slums in Lagos''? Who cares anyway?
He did not only post beautiful areas in Lagos but other places as well. Blimey! he posted the picture of his lil' Sis - I honestly think he tried.
Lagos is an African City. A Nigerian City. Owned by Nigerians. Built for Nigerians. What problems do you have with that?
Do you expect us to be posting ONLY negative pictures/images? Heck, you can get enough of those on other websites and CNN. - That's if you have a TV of course.
Why must you always be against your fellow country man?  undecided

@paddy_lo - maybe you should just indicate the origin of the picture with a footnote.

JS Park -28

Wes Brown - 30
Ben Foster -26
