Out of hundreds of clients it's acceptable for a few not to be satisfied no matter how hard you try
At funkam logistics we strive to make our clients happy but sometimes a client's right. can become a plight
Your goods were not completed so you said ,and we demanded for a proof.
Video and pictures of goods were sent before shipment ,for confirmation.

Funkam is still the best to me, this is the second time I have used him and he never disappoint. it's when u try other logistics firm, you will now understand why Funkam is d best.

I used them and they were shitty my goods was not even complete

just search their name on nairaland here , many of us left them as far back 2012 , like i said all logistics have their ups and downs which might be seasonal but CVM has done so many strong things in the past

Let me burst ur brain

I ship on CVM at $6/kg, they won't ask u for another mumu 400 naira oo for clearing,do u even know that 400 naira is about $1.2 and I get my goods in 13 days even including battery goods

If u don't understand these sites that's when u call them scam

I normally use CVM so I was thinking their shipping fee was expensive so I tried funkam, with funkam at some point I gave up that my goods is lost I couldn't cry funkam torture me with silence at the end of the day they are even more expensive compare to CVM

Let me tell u funkam started by calculating yuan at 54 naira when cvm is 52 then again procurement fee at 9% when CVM is 3%

Did I even mention that my goods was not complete at funkam I just had to take it like that and I went back to CVM

At this point CVM is cheaper than any other logistic on this forum and did I even mention that they have a physical warehouse in Lagos

I currently have over 200k goods with CVM just 2 days that I paid all my goods have already been supplied to their warehouse

They are unbelievably fast I can say this anywhere

I'm not trying any mud house logistic that I don't know where to go when I can't get my goods

The only difference right now with CVM is that they don't rearrange ur goods into one pack they just tape everything together so there will be plenty carton and u might get extra 1kg for that but I tell u it's worth it

I'm staying with them for now

I have been reading some of the complaints here about Funkam logistics but I will like to state that my experience with funkam was smooth. My order came in 9 days from the date the goods were delivered to their China office, as against the 13 days I was expecting. I think we should learn to exercise patience with these logistics people. Once u order, just give them atleast 5days before asking if the goods have been supplied to thier China office, from then you can begin ur countdown.

I guess u will say thesame if 23 days after u were told ur goods arive China office u haven't receive them

Anyway whoever tries them after seeing all this should carry their own cross
