Some agents are really poor in providing updates for their customers. I like chrisvimail because of their service. Always attending to you. Just that it is little more expensive....

I don't think chrisvicmall is expensive

All this useless ppl forming logistics are pure liar
They tell u express is 8.5$ and clearing is 600 naira that's 10$ then they will take nothing less than 5 days to ship ur goods

While chrisvicmall will ship ur express at 12$ including clearing and deliver under 2 days


Do the maths

All this quack logistics express is equivalent to chrisvicmall tweakly which is 5 day to 7 days at $9

And again chrisvicmall service fee is 3% unlike these ppl charging 8-10%

This is the battery product u are screaming about


Another logistic company brought it to lagos in 12 days Normal shipping

It's the same product I have with you that is taking over 21 days now

You are shipping through a very poor airline

Never again will I use ur service

Those who are complaining I can pick out 3 on this forum. We have over 300 clients so it's expected some will complain
First person complaint was that we did not show him kg of his goods before shipment was done. To Us that was unintentional

Second client said his goods ought to have arrived
We don't have control over airline. goods are promptly delivered to clients whose goods come via China cargo
HK cargo is a pain on its own. Those who are into shipping battery goods
Can relate to my assertion
Another fellow said we inflated his costing.
How could that be possible, costing of link is automated on 1688
Are we 100% perfect.? No we are not. , even a big brand link MTN get flaws
All we need from our Clients is to j follow simple instructions. You Can't make payment on a Monday and be expecting update on a Tuesday

When goods are shipped out it does have stipulated arrival. days . But
When a client who won't bother to read the brief but keep asking for goods each day of the week what can we do than to refer such a client to the brief

You never told me it's out stock. You said "one link yet to be delivered" and that was 5 days ago. You can type epistle here, but you can't respond to questions of a customer on whatsapp. You'll be asked a simple question, you'll ignore. It's not right.

When we talk about battery goods a smart watch and a regular watch are both battery goods but when it comes to shipping the shipping method differs.. it's just like an earpiece with Bluetooth and a regular one.
Some battery goods can only go through HK
Shipping via HK differs from a China cargo
Goods via HK takes longer time than a regular China cargo
Most shipping company avoid battery goods

I have been buying battery goods for years from 1688 it has never exceeded 13 days

We offer home delivery at a minimal fee.

After order is placed on 1688. We wait for the seller to deliver to our China address which take 2/3days
After receiving the items we send you pictures of it and take the kg. then repackage for shipment

Our fee for procurement is7/ 10 % of the total sum of goods purchased the least procurement fee is 1000

Next time do well to explain with details...maybe I would have known buying battery goods from u is a no no

Since 7th of October that I paid up till now nothing

U saw all the products in your China office once u see there is going to be goods that will take longer...you give ur customer a good estimated arrival date ...you don't just ask them to wait on cloud

To be honest funkam customer relation is extremely poor

A customer saw ur number online and contact u then the customer entrust u with thousands of naira

The least u can do is to answer them when they have a question but no, u will be claiming busy too many clients

If u know u don't have the capacity to take all those orders and attend to ur customers then drop them instead u are here looking for more clients that you will ignore once they pay u

My goods is 18 days and cointing and no single update yet

Some goods I will order 10pcs only to receive 20

Please is there a particular way I can know how many goods to expect exactly

I need to know because most time total KG and shipping cost will just go up above my expectations ... this is really giving me headache as sometimes I will now have to look for someone to borrow me money to add up for shipping


Or is it that most sellers on 1688 pack goods in more than one pieces and count it as one?
