Hello! this is a female based tournament that is to hold in may. The first of its kind...ladies only. 340k is up for grabs....if you are a lady and can play chess. please signify! THE 1ST LADY'S CHESS CUP, 2017 DATE MAY 2ND MAY 7TH, 2017 VENUE OBAFEMI AWOLOWO STADIUM, LIBERTY ROAD, OFF RING ROAD, IBADAN, NIGERIA 1. TOURNAMENT REGULATIONS a. The tournament will be a knockout/elimination event of 2 rounds (white and black) per match. If there is a tie, both players will play 2 rapid games. If there is yet a tie, both players will play 2 blitz games. And if there is still a tie, the Armageddon will be played. b. The time control will be 60/60 plus 30 seconds increment starting from move 1 c. The games will be played using DGT clocks, while the pairings and results will be seen on www.chess-results-server.com , and a website that would be created for the purpose of this tournament d. Draw offers are not allowed until after black's move 30 2. PRIZES Round of 16 losers - N10,000 each Quarter Finalists - N15,000 each Semi Finalists - N25,000 each Finalist - N50,000 Winner - N100,000 3. Glaxxs thank you but let me correct you, asexuals actually face more discrimination than gay folks. Even within the community many of them don't accept asexuality as a sexual orientation. I have seen a gay activist say that asexuality is not a sexual orientation. It was unbelievable the day I saw that. Many folks seem to see Asexuality as some kinda myth or medical problem, that can or should be fixed. Which we know is not so..... Many Asexuals are scared to even come out as Asexual as people usually assume wrongly and yes the suffer from corrective rape too..... |
