i am currently learning programing , am done with HTML, CSS proceeding to JAVASCRIPT,

my motive is to have a blog on a particular niche, <not regular tech, entertainment, medic etc>.
a blog were 5 or more people can post a topic, a blog i will have total control of, a professional and customise blog.

how can i achieve this? is it with BLOGGER or WORDPRESS or JOOMLA or HTML. how much is it going to cost me to have this kind of site? please advice me

i registered my payoneer yesterday and was approved within 30 minutes of registration. i was given "username" and "customer ID" i was also mailed that my payoneer master card will arrive between 30th of november to 9th of december.

pls i want to know if i can start using the "username and ID" to start making money while i await it arrival or i should/can't

i just recently open a computer training/registration center and also learning programming.

am done wit HTML, CSS . about to learn JS and PHP. the isue is that i want to be a programmer but getting distracted from other online business like. freelancing, amazon publishing, CPA marketing. etc.

please which is more profitable and can give me a stable income in short run and in future. freelancing, marketing or Amazon?
