Not available now. To efficiently charge your batteries depends more on the number of solar panels you install. Size your energy demand properly and you'll know exactly what panels and controller you'll need to efficiently charge your batteries.

My sukam inverter (2.4kva) of less than 2 years gets fully charged in about 30mins and gets batteries (2x100ah) gets depleted when in use in less than an hour even with minimal load..

I already spent 11k as I assumed I was scammed for fixing the charging element of inverter.

From experience, when faults like you described occur, the first suspect is your batteries and not your Inverter. I assume one or both of your battery is dead or dying. You even sàid it gets fully charged quickly. This means your Inverter is okay. I'll advice you concentrate on your batteries first and move on from there.

Please can I connect the battery charger and still connect the ups power cable to light?
That would be double charging.
I want to know who has done it or is doing it!
What's the outcome like

Reason is that if it's possible, I could record my fav tv show without any interruption when the light goes off. Since the ups is on and already connected to it. Because if the ups isn't connected, it means the setup would always continue to draw power from the battery even when full. But when the ups is connected, it's starts to draw from the power source when the battery is full which is healthy for the battery.
