Peter obi, olu of warri, Davido's father, governor Ademola Adeleke, ooni of ife, Atiku and tinubu men were spotted among other dignitaries at the dangote refinery commission.

His majesty the ooni of ife, on coming in contact with his excellency peter obi was heard calling Peter obi " the tsunami ! The tsunami himself! The tsunami"

Other dignitaries seen include bukola sariki, Donald duke, the abia governor elect Alex otti, the speaker hor femi gbajamila among others.

The presidential election tribunal judges have just block live broadcast of events.

What are they hiding?
Have they been threathened?
Elections were done in the open. Why hide the court proceedings?
Coming at a time when the trust in the judiciary is at an all time low, the Nigeria judiciary has just lost a good opportunity to redeem its battered image.

As his excellency peter obi appears in court for the mandate given to him by Nigerians, he still saw the need to mourn with those that mourn as he pays respect to the late Hon. Justice Ayobode Olujimi Lokulo- Sodipe.

I listened to Yunusa, Peter Obi's spokeperson reaction to the nullifcation earlier. He said same thing Alex Otti is repeating now.

It seems Alex Otti, Labour party and Obidient in general don't understand the legal proceeding and the declaration of this particular judgement.

Let me explain it for you guys. This particular case was filed not by the opposition, but by a labour party member in Kano, an ex-chairman, Haruna Ibrahim. So the defence of the petitioner not having a locus standi to initiate a suit is dead on arrival. The case was filed by a member not PDP not APC.

An aggrieved card-carrying Labour parry member, Haruna Ibrahim filed the suit and tagged Labour party and INEC as the respondent. Peter Obi and Abure did not send any lawyer to represent them in court.

Alex Otti is a goner. Peter obi and Abure just fried his governorship ambition like Akara.

A little drama ensued as hearing resumed at the presidential tribunal between PODATTI and tinubu.

After the Labor party lawyer introduced himself, another lawyer rose, claiming he is representing the LP.
Immediately he did that, the judges shut him down and told him he should know the petitioners cannot have a different legal representation.

It was a disgraceful moment for him. Another judge joined in the repramind, saying as a SAN, he should have known that there cannot be two legal representation for a petitioner.

Ashamed of the knocks he received from the judges, he packed his baggages and took to leave the court.
Unsurprisingly, Lamidi Apapa followed him out of the court.

Labour Party Crisis: Lamidi Apapa’s Lawyer Denied Appearance By Presidential Election Petition Tribunal Judges

The Presidential Election Petition Tribunal (PEPT) on Friday reprimanded the counsel for the acting National Chairman of the Labour Party (LP), Lamidi Apapa, who indicated an appearance at the tribunal hearing the petition filed by the party and its presidential candidate in the 2023 election, Peter Obi.

SaharaReporters gathered that the Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN) had stood up to represent the party at the tribunal when Obi’s case was called up but the judges led by Justice Haruna Tsamani denied him from making an appearance for the party.

The judge held that the court cannot admit two legal representatives in the case, especially as Apapa’s lawyer was not the initiator of the petition.

The Labour Party on its Twitter handle claimed Apapa’s lawyer was walked out of the court by the judges.

However, SaharaReporters confirmed that whereas the lawyer was denied appearance, he was not walked out of the court as claimed by the Labour Party.

The panel said judges cannot have two legal representatives in the court since he was not the one who filed the petition.

SaharaReporters earlier reported that Apapa fulfilled his promise to be at the tribunal on Friday as he attended after he was attacked on Wednesday by loyalists of the suspended National Chairman of the party, Julius Abure, in the court.

Apapa and his team were at the tribunal on Wednesday but it led to a mild drama as he was attacked by some loyalists of Obi and Abure.

Despite Wednesday’s incident, Apapa had vowed to return to the tribunal on Friday.

SaharaReporters had reported that Wednesday’s drama started when Apapa walked into the court premises alongside some of his supporters and attempted to sit where some factional Labour Party officials were already seated.

Labour party able chairman, comrade Abure did not shy away or mince words as he boldly told senator Akpabio and other Apc senators and chieftains that the Labour party is challenging the process that declared tinubu winner.

The Apc Senate caucus came to seek the partnership of the Labour party senators elect in selecting the incoming Senate president.

As the meeting went on, senator Akpabio while thanking the labor party , pleaded and asked for the Labour party to do away with its court case and support tinubu.
Chairman Abure boldly and courageously told the apc team that the request on that was a no go area as the Labour party and PODATTI are steadily and fully committed to its mandate. There was no mincing words.
