He has a right to accuse me of supporting evil everytime

Poor and miserable, nothing to show forth supporting the useless party even when it's clearly obvious the part APC is leading the country to doom. You're a shame to not just yourself but to your entire generation, if your children grow up to see that you support this evil they will curse your carcass over and over again. Stop displaying your shame in public and have a recess my friend. Baz001 get levels pass u, better be humble make him help your life. The main reason I dish the Uber hustle is, na me dey pay you, if I don't drive you won't pay your rent or pay you staff, I own my car, I fuel it, maintain it and do many other things yet you will tell me where to go, and how much to charge and even still have the guts to block my account... Like I don't understand!

vivalavida: I said some of them still have their humanity in them while many of them are terrible. I was heading to gbagada and didnt know how to find my way back to oshodi then. My subsequent experience with some of them have been terrible. They once abducted me at ilupeju that I did illegal parking and I must transfer 75k to them immediately and then pay another 75k at their office that they are taskforce on a saturday. When I called my younger bro who is a flight lieutenant with nigerin airforce at the ikeja airforce base, these guys kept driving round lagos that day that I must transfer money to them because they knew my brother and some officers were on the way to rescue me based on that call and I was sharing live locations with My brother. At the end they dumped me at Anthony and collected the 5k I had in my wallet and pointed a gun at me to drive off. Since that incident August last year, I have a big airforce sticker emblazoned on my windshield and that one they hand on the rear mirror and with that I dey pass anywhere including one way if I can't help it and latsma go carry eyes look away. What do we then call this? Kwaraption or corruption or abiding or instigating corruption? Las las 9ka remains d best place to live |

vivalavida: Sometime last year when I bought my car and didn't know how to even use the Google app, na that time I know say there is a difference between being driven in lagos and you actually doing the driving. I was on that expressway heading to gbagadà and didn't know how to find my way to oshodi then. I no even know wetin the map dey talk. I say a police patrol van. I drove to them and told the officer, oga I am lost. I don't know my way. Man asked me to calm down and asked me where I wanted to be. Told him I needed to get back to oshodi. He explained it vividly to me. Infact three other police guys came around to join him in explaining how I needed to drive. And I followed their description and got back to oshodi. Na for that highway I even stop ask them this question and they saw say true true this man no know where him dey go. A lot of bad eggs abound sha. Such would have arrested me there sef for illegal parking because I was not supposed to if u follow the lagos state traffic law. kewelljoseph: Lol if I was would I come here and put up this post askin for advice, cmon be smart at least. I don’t wanna be unrealistic reason I came here also I’ve seen post of Uber drivers making 45k per day minus fuel and Uber commission so let’s calculate. If he works for 6 days times 45 that’s how 270k. But I was thinking can this be real? If not everybody for don join Uber since ma why I came here to have insight from people who are in the business full time especially now fuel don go up. My target is at least 250k a month!! Anything less I just sell my car. Oga I repeat sell.of the car and save your long time friendship, it's not realistic. Don't believe everything you read or see here most are mirage, go closer the reality keeps running away from you. Friendship is gold Don't destroy friendship because of money. Best option is to sell.of the car either to your friend by Hire Purchase @30k.weekly with no down payment since he's your friend or sell.it off outrightly to whosoever that can pay cash in full. The car looks clean, if it's first body and under a year used with gear, ac and engine still factory fixed you can get a buyer btw 3m.to 3.5m. tokunbo of that car now is around 6-7m. Another option I've for you is you drive it yourself at your leisure time mostly weekends, it's pays better bro. Make your friend understand you dint want business disagreemens to come inbtw your friendship with him. If he doesn't understand today he will definitely understand tomorrow. Best of luck |

Pearl1910: Less than 80k salary, then I wonder how u must have saved a million, or how long it took u to do that. Maybe u have another source of income! I will not tell u to continue in ur job, and I will not also say u should quit and do ehailing. Your decision will be tied to what u want in life. Buy your car and do both then you will know if u should quit or not with time. I made more than your monthly income between Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (3days) only Pearl stop am! Can you compare the time you pee on your boss's head for Uber with now? How much was a Corolla sold then? Dapo ur frnd just bought same Corolla you bought 1.350m/1.5m then @5.1m last week. Even if you've to sell that your Corolla to this guy now would you let it go for 1.5m? No! How much was fuel them compare to now? He earns less than 80k and have been able to save up to a million grand, for how long? Only God knows... Pearl, let's be honest with ourselves, how much savings can a family man in this present times save driving Uber full time? Even our much respect boy is still renting, if na so e easy to save or if truly there is a great progress in the business he would have both his own car long ago. You of all people know what 1m is in this present economy. How long do you think it will take you to raise such amount driving Uber with family oooh. Look, Uber driving is not for family men with wife and kid(s), you'll work like an elephant and eat like an ant. You know these things so when talking to a family man talk with caution and carefulness because their bills no be here. Do you think vikings, BAZ001, Chucmoor and the rest that migrated driving Uber would have been able to had they been married? Unless they have family relatives who would support financially. If you'd not pee on your boss's head then do you have an idea where you would have been by now? But anyways, life is a choice I won't criticize anyone on the choices they make because I do not know the numbers of options at their disposal at the point. |

dckng16: Getting a vehicle on loan in today's economy, that idea is not so good because you will have to work your ass off to repay the loan. Petrol price is very high and Bolt fare doesn't commensurate with it except when there is surge. Fare is low, you will spend a lot of fuel and do so many trips before you can make a reasonable profit per day.
If there are no option of getting a Car other than loan, I will advice you go for a car loan between 2 to 3 miilion naira. It would be easier for you to repay on time. Maximum of 2years is enough to repay and the car wont suffer depreciation.
Brand new and Tokunbo Cars are very expensive, grade A sound Nigerian used cars on loan would make sense.
As per how you can juggle work, family and ehailing (driving) together, talking from my own experience.
I will suggest you drive on weekends, Friday night, Saturday and Sunday are the days to make good money. These 3 days can fetch you 60k to 100k after expenses depending on how long you can work. In a month that should be around 240k to 400k.
This is the best time to drive Uber for someone who is busy weekdays with job or other business
Friday from 7pm -12am N15,000 to N20,000 profit
Saturday From 5am - 10pm N20,000 to N40,000 profit
Sunday 5am - 10pm N25,000 to N45,000 profit
Total of these 3 days are usually between 60k to 100k in a week, you can give it a shot
Good luck ! The way some people dish out hypothesis advise they haven't even theorized or practice baffles me. Mondays to Fridays 6am to 8pm both traffic and all. Fridays through Sundays he should work 60hrs or more Oga na robot you dey advise abi? You that is giving this advice, what's your work or daily routine? Have you given this a try for just 1 month b4? Do you have a family? Are you married? Do you have kids? Do you have an idea what it takes to run a family? If you dint know ask Conner his father was a banker who never had time for them. You people will just carry your phone and type anything that comes into your head all in the name of advice. I don't get it |
