Dear sir,

Ovarian cyst is simply one of the ovaries that didnt regress in the cycle, it doesn't cause infertility.

PID is simply infection along the genital tract . Truth is that severity varies, almost all women will yield different microbes when you do a culture of their Instruments , same as men too, so the best way to confirm PID in women is to do a culture my brother.

Besides, Ultrasound is used dependent, go and do scam elsewhere they may tell yo something different

Please I need your advice on what to do over an issue that came up recently between my wife and I.

I dated my wife for about 9month before our wedding late last year and since we got married, she hasnt been able to conceive. She went to the Hospital and she was diagnosed with Ovariann Cyst and pelvic inflammatory diseases.

I was shocked and I tried to investigate her past again from those who were close to her and I discovered that she was quite loose and reckless while she was in school. She finally confessed that she even had an abortion for someone some few years back and this was someone who denied ever doing such when I asked her during the courtship.

Please help me.

Fellow nairalanders what do I do?
I have been experiencing near miracle/success syndrome for as far as I can remember especially since I graduated from school 4years ago.
I must confess sir, I am not progressing. Even as I speak, I don't have a house of my own again. I had to relocate to Kaduna to stay with my parent for a while pending when I sort out things.

The most recent one was that I was making arrangements for a training so that I can get paid. I dropped my proposal to the school, it was accepted and date was agreed, terms and condition were also agreed upon but in the last minutes everything was suspended till further notice.

I have been to several bank interview and I have been shortlisted as successful for me to start the job only for me to be removed for no reasons. This thing has happened four times so far since last year.

I would do job for people, I won't get paid till I decide to forget about the money. People that I have helped would turn against me and hate me so much. I have a very good result and I have different ideas all hasn't been able to be of use to me so far.

Each time I manage to secure any job, the devil would start attacking me till I would be ask to leave the job or forced to resign, my bosses would start having me for no reasons till I would be ask to resign. Please don't think I am lazy ooh. I am very dedicated and loyal. I am very hard working yet all this unfortunate predicament

Please, what do I do? I have played and fasted. I have been to mountains and done all sort of thing as a Christian yet no change of story.

I am at a cross Road now. Infact I had to sell my mattress and personal effects to pay a debt I owed someone so that he don't embarrass me. All my friends have abandoned me, the only grace for me is my parent. At least I can feed but we all know that life goes beyond that.

Where do I go for solution, who can help me out?
