Nwaonyeocha:Sorry about that, just read through the article and I must say it's an eye opener, but the article still have some element of propaganda and conspiracy theory embedded in it. 1. There were several citation of possibilities of events suggesting the plot, but I can't find any citation to any research work verifying that these "bioreactors" has been confirmed in these hybrids. 2. My question still stands, to what good will mass sterilization effect that will spur "them" to bio-engineer hybrid rice as a weapon of mass extinction. 3. How long before this mass sterilization is possible, cos a good percentage of rice farmed in Nigeria are hybrids and from the look of things, it's like their experiment failed Care to answer the above? |
Smart101:Logistics is big time problem, am thinking in the future with the right partners, launching a world class courier company in Nigeria won't be a bad idea. 2k is the average, I've noticed most big companies restrict their product delivery service to only Lagos because of the cost of shipping it to customers, I've tried severally to buy products in online shops only to get, "we only deliver to Lagos" notice. You have to note that courier service is not just about moving a product from Lagos to Enugu, you have to get it to where the person resides, an I can conveniently tell you that some communities in Nigeria are not accessible by motorize means. If only the Federal Government can fix our postal agency and make it world class affordable courier agency, it will go a long way. |
Why will someone or group want to do that |
If you've successfully ordered, please can we see pictures of the stock you both. Thanks |
That's interesting, voguepay is clearly the leading payment processor in Nigeria, simple to integrate and now, very low processing fees. But as for SME's marketing online, the problem is always delivery, how can an SME sell products for 2k when the delivery fee is 2k plus. I've been thinking of how to sell Aba made shoes online, but when I think of the incurred cost of shipping them to clients, I find the idea ridiculous. |

Your opinion is welcomed here |
If you are afraid your finger print can be stolen from a piece-sign photo, then you should consider wearing gloves everywhere you go, cos your finger print is all over wherever you touch, door knob, purse, car door, desk e.t.c. I personally hate fingerprint security for fear of loosing a finger to criminals |

Dfinex:You have to start small and start fast, ideas that looks fascinating today may look stupid the next year, so don't wait for all the funds to come, start small, create a tribe around your passion and improvise on the go. Am glad to see young people who think like you do about girl child education. Am impressed. |
Dfinex:Aww so sweet, the last I went to buy palm oil, when I heard the price, 300% increase in less than 8 months, ideas started popping up, am glad to see somebody with similar idea. But do you think there is enough palm products, (palm fruits) to refine? What stage are you in now. You can share and connect with business minded peeps like you on our business social network www.fellep.xyz I support girl child education too. I don't know why I always think of the north when I hear "girl child education". |
supergata:No it's not, to me that's the least you can ask for. May the force be with you, I believe in you, you will surely make it happen. No matter what, don't ever relent on your quest to fulfill this dream. |
Currency exchangers will hit it big too. The gap between the interbank and parallel market is so tempting |
madridguy:Yes I understand, but looking at it, most people who don't use smartphones or can't afford it are the ones who may still not want to use the library. How do you intend to maintain the library. Fund it yourself or hand it over to the community. I will suggest instead you build an ict centre and position it to be self sustaining. Users can pay a token to access the internet, train on ict skills and process documents there. |
madridguy:Good one, but don't you think physical book libraries are becoming obselete. A smart phone can access more information than what one can find in such library. Plus there is a cost in maintenance too. |
