Inquire very well before you commit your money to buy any property. Someone called me yesterday that he is willing to come and inspect a land i posted. He was explaining to me when we saw face to face that he paid #2M for a land at Opic estate in Agbara, that the omo onile that took him there said it is their land, not knowing that the land belongs to Opic. I blamed him that there is a bailboard in that environs which Opic warns that any buyers that bought land in Opic at their back is doing so at risk. He said he went there on his own to check the land and what he saw suprised him, the whole place has been cleared and peole he asked from said it was Opic that came to clear it that it was their land. He said though the man that sold the land to him did not know he already had idea of what has happened there, that he was going to tell him that something else happen in his family and he needed money, so he is not interested in buying the land again. Well i don't know, how far this will help him. |

Thank God for you. Though, according to the story narrated you came from a rich family and there is ever read sponsor to finance you. I also thank God despite no sponsor after i had finished my secondary sch since 1997, i just completed my degree last year, though not with first class but 2.1 . My own case is from Yabatech to Ambrose Ali and finally to Lasu. Also i was able to train my young er sister to the point of acquiring ND and the youngest just finished from secondary with good grade. All glory to God. The good God is still at is work for whoever that will not waver, believe in yourself and you will surely get there. |
This is value for money if you are seriously having it in mind to provide shelter for your family. |

Invest today to avoid future stories. Here lies the opportunity. Many end up telling negative story of live. Tell them start building now, they would say i can build in that place, how would i tell my pals that am building in a local area? I want to have my first property in Banana island and the likes, that is what they always say at the end of it all when their population have increase in the family and responsibility is now on the high side the Banana island dream is shattered and the place you called bush and forest has extremely appreciated. Be wise, don't eat your future. |
