This means APC was actually right to have disqualified him. We need to look at issue critically without sentiments, if there's nothing wrong with the first one, he will not have reason to seek for second one.

You and who bro? Nobody be NYSC director for here.

Using Ring is an old fashion of proposing to a lady, Must men still use it up till date?

Can't they use Cars, Landed properties, Company shares, investment Portfolios to prospose marriage?

What's your take on this?

Those things secure marriage.

Family / Re: What To Do When A Woman Insist On Court Marriage by FemiLavida: 7:07pm On Apr 28, 2020
doitforyou:

NL love to invoke the F word even when it doesn’t apply.

How is she laying down the law? She has a real reason to worry that a customary court will not have any effect if she’s a widow and her in-laws kick her and her kids out. We have threads here on NL on sufferings of widows. Please, what does the man have to lose? It’s not like she’ll receive a financial windfall if they divorce, we have no such laws here.

OP if you love her as you claim, then you will do all you can so she and your kids are well protected if anything happens to you.

What if something happen to her. Will the law protect him and the children?

1. Money
2. People

You see, people can get you money. Just pray you meet the right people who will Invest in you. I mean, in what you do.

To have money in abundance, it is beyond your income.

Investment is the leverage to have money in abundance.

Some Investment Vehicles you can ride on are:
1. Stock Exchange.
2. Bonds
3. Treasury Bills.
4. Real Estate.

Other kinds of Investment are too risky.

My best bet for you is Real Estate. The most stable among all Investment.

Education / Re: With 8m. Should I Run An Msc Prog., Go For A Pilot Course Or Do Business? by FemiLavida: 10:59am On Apr 20, 2020
brainz360:
Hello guys, as a fresh graduate with a 2:2 grade, which would you advice I do or would you rather opt in for among the three to have a successful career in the near future?

Your Budget is 8m.

2-3million will take you through your msc abroad. After finishing the course, you can decide to stay over there and work or come live in Nigeria.

The remaining 5 million can be budget for Real Estate Investment. But note, you will need someone who can spot good locations to help you out.

3-4 million can go into Real-Estate. I mean buy land in an economic viable environment that will give you x2 of your Capital Invested in 2-3 years.

The 1 million can be fixed in an Investment bank account (at least 10% per annum) pending the time you will finish.

When you reach there, work like a normal Nigerian will do to get extra income.

Real Estate.

Very stable.
It's doesn't crash.
You can't lose your capital.
It appreciate in value.

How to start Investing:
Save to Invest

Invest in Cash flow.

You can buy a property. If you want to build for easy cash flow build a residential property.

Commercial properties are strictly by an already booming location.

But for a start, it is easier if you Invest in property.

You can start as small as N100, 000, and earn 30%.

Their is alot I can teach you.
