Pls how do I treat oral thrush in my 1yr 4minth son. It's called owu enu in Yoruba.

His is white coated with some small wounds. I noticed this morning so I used toamto juice to clean it up, but it's still coated has it just cleaned a bit

A woman suggested lime juice and salt but I felt somehow cos lime juice is acidic.

So pls wat can I use, cos he's just taking liquids and breast milk. I plan to wan him next week Sha.
