The Manchester United star has denied claims that his career ambition is to win the award more times than the Paris Saint-Germain attacker

Cristiano Ronaldo has hit out at France Football’s chief editor over claims the Manchester United star said he wants to win more Ballons d’Or than Lionel Messi.

The Portugal international also dismissed the suggestion that he did not attend the Ballon d’Or ceremony on Monday because he must go into quarantine due to Covid-19.

The 36-year-old took to Instagram to refute the comments by editor-in-chief Pascal Ferre, insisting he is not against any player winning the trophy.

Ronaldo wrote: “Pascal Ferre said last week that I confided in him that my only ambition was to finish my career with more Golden Balls than Lionel Messi.

“Pascal Ferre lied, he used my name to promote himself and to promote the publication he works for. And he lied again today by justifying my absence from the Gala with an alleged quarantine that has no reason to exist.

Hi guys good morning.

I hit a new Redmi Note 9 in January. About 2 months ago, I noticed I wasn't able to save contacts on my phone. I didn't give it much thought cos I was even working on unlocking my bootloader. After several trials, I wasn't able to unlock it. So I did a little troubleshooting to know why I wasn't able to safe contacts. I noticed that my contacts wasn't syncing with my phone.

Please how do I get this done? Just recently, I received an OS update from MI which I did (about 2gig), yet the issue still persists.

Also, regarding unlocking my bootloader, anytime I install the unlocking app on my pc, and log on to my account, instead of the app to show me "please connect phone", it'll be opening my mi account. This is quite unusual as I've unlocked 3 mi phones before (not with this laptop though). I've checked if the USB driver is properly installed and it's positive. I dknr have another pc else I'd have given it a trial.

Can anyone help me out, to either unlock my bootloader, or show me a better way to go about it?
