Honestly, education is so important that you have to at least be able read and understand before taking actions... There's no way you are given a contract and you just sign without reading and understanding it properly before signning, because there are so many clauses in it you need to concentrate on. No doubt kiss might have done that, but from what this guys wrote, it seems kiss is still legally under contract with them until the end of the termination date or he pay them off from the doubt that they claim his owning them and others, for bridge of contract, before he can be independent...
