Escrow or non, I've learnt my lessons to never trust anyone I meet online over anything.
Whenever I want to transact any, I will go to a respectable office/outlet to do whatever I am to do.

I'm still in pains right now.

Sorry!

Kayberg:

I'm yet to recover of mine just two days to Christmas.
Nairaland adverts are all from scammers.
Never trust any of them, I repeat, all nairaland adverts are all scammers.

Do your due diligence, if you aren't comfortable, always do pay on delivery or use an Escrow. Simple.

sociologymajor:
No hope brothers and sisters. money gone down the drain

Sorry for your loss, it's really sad. Can dragnet at least suspend his account so others won't fall into his trap.

thowbie7ven:
I need the 64GB asap pls

Don't throw away your money, the site is a scam. Always try to do your due diligence.

sociologymajor:
It's not about gullibility bro, this seller is just a fraudster. All of my gadget I get them online and it is shipped to this place. I have gotten from Akure, gotten from Lagos(multiple times). This is the first and hopefully will be the last scam experience.

The sad thing is ,the guy was last seen on NL some few minutes ago. Very wicked person.

Imagine how many people would have fallen for this scam. The prices were ridiculously cheap(these days where $$$ is really high) and people thought they got a great deal. Op better luck next time, I am really hoping you get something out of this, if not, it's lesson learnt.

sociologymajor:
Deed is been done. How can paystack help me.. that even if it is truly paystack

Tweet at them on twitter, there should be a way out.

sociologymajor:
U know the phone is of two versions. Global and Chinese. The latter is slightly cheaper. I have even gotten one for 55k here on nairaland. So I assumed it's the Chinese version.

Definitely not this period, and the ad stated global version, that's a red flag already.

PotatoSalad:
Look account date first

Omo!!!! I no even look am before sha.

PotatoSalad:

As in , these things are not even rocket science. If the site allowed pay on delivery now, e for better. At least if him no see, him no go pay.

sociologymajor:
I paid for Redmi Note 8, 60,100, they refused to ship and refused to communicate with me.

Sorry about this, but with the price you should have known it's not possible. 60k for a redmi note 8 is a lie. It still retails around 70kish or so. Hope you retrieve your money.
