As people, no one is perfect and we are all striving to be the better version of ourselves, Metrobox we have spoken and I believe all the constructive feedbacks given will be taken under advisement. I received my orders last week and I fervently hope like someone said you will iron out the little kinks within your system. Wish your brand the best as we look forward to more positive feedbacks/reviews.

Points to note

1) omic was not given an address, he was told to send item to ibadan

2) seller told buyer that he is sending item to omic office, item successfully got to omic office, it's buyer that now "begged seller to help him deliver it to ibadan"

Please let's all calm down and understand this case

1. The seller told omic to send to Ibadan as seen from the chat uploaded, what time was the item sent cos the chat between omic and the seller was around 12.30ish.

2. Since the seller has agreed to assist the buyer to help with waybill, it doesn't matter if the buyer begged him to do so.

bdemix:
I didn't have any prior discussion with him about home delivery and waybill fees. I didn't receive any SMS from him.. when I called him his item had arrived, 304k was sent and of which our previous agreement was 300k. I called him immediately that I received alert of 304k and he said the extra 4k is the waybill fee to ibadan.. I didn't promise him any waybill number. I only asked him on phone his full name which I told him that his phone number will be added for delivery to Ibadan. I was now baffled that he came online to tell all these lies about me

Below screenshot is our little conversation on whatsapp

You didn't receive the sms? Are you saying he fabricated all what he said, about you wanting to send waybill number etc?Did you tell him what the 3k you paid for the waybill entailed? What is the way forward cos y'all can keep going back God forth, but what is the way out now?

Harryfrosh:
i told him even before the package land in nigeria that home delivery because i want safe landing.. but because i dont have any phone to do whatsapp and screenshort everything he called me now delying everything ... im not dumb to sent 4k for public transport... and i sent him my home address after sending him the money

Lesson 101, always document all business deals. What about the breakdown, did he inform you?
