Might be true he works with Xiaomi but what assistance has he brought to the forum apart from come here and post instructions.

Typical of Nigerians with their self entitled mannerisms. This thread was here before they became official, it's not a tool for whomever if they cannot come out and make contributions or preoffer solutions to problems.

Yeah I agree with you.. I just hope i wud not change my mind from the Mi 9t pro I ordered n want an Mi 9 pro by the time everything is done n dusted.

But my major worry is that the shipping details r not being updated. It has been on the same despatched to overseas since 8th January... I find that very strange

It's not strange at all, there is no update hence why it's still on despatched. The next update would be arrival @ destination country. So hang in there.

GrifindorHouse:
Madam, no pun intended, na just sarcasm.... E never reach to go Voltron on this one biko.

Na so. Whatever.

shosky1794:
I was waiting for this I guess it was just an innocent comment. Please forgive him

lollll, so guys just have something against ladies. I bet they look themselves in the mirror everyday and think they are superior.Weirdos.

Gptech:
Aunty comma lick ice cream, nr vex .

GrifindorHouse:
Lol.. girls will always be girls.. same phone that I used for 1 year and 6 months, e even fall some couple of times, yet nothing happened. Guess u should just get u some of those armoured cases and a good screen guard.

What a silly comment tbh. What does this have to do with being a lady? Have used a lot of phones (over 40 phones)as a lady and never got a cracked screen ever. This has to do with handling and not gender related.

jboixxx:
Luck might be on his side though.

For a 3gb ram phone with SD? If he sees more than one,he should let us know.

jboixxx:
Money no de o

People should be realistic na, 18k will prolly get him 1gb ram phone MTK 6580 or a used redmi 5a 2/16gb.

Paxziano:
Evening guys..

I purchased a phone of the 1st of January and tracking details were sent to me. But since the 8th of January it has been on "despatched to overseas: country code Nigeria". Till now, no update whatsoever. On a whim, I went to the post office yesterday and they said they don't have a package with that tracking number. On AliExpress, the date the shipment shud have reached was 3rd February. I messaged the seller n the response was I shud be patient. I told the seller that the tracking details were not being updated but it seemed she didn't understand me. Kept saying details have been sent. I'm just curious. Could it have been intercepted by customs or cud the package be missing? The package was shipped via Singapore post. Also what can I do about the tracking that's not updating?

There is nothing the seller can do once your item has been shipped, shipping has been slow these days. It's either the item lands or you'd eventually open a dispute and be refunded after 60days. Patience is all that is required.

You got a fake,it should display the name.

akashi01:

supersaz66:
Which phone screen guard can someone get in place of the normal redmi note 7 screen guard .. Its needed ASAP

Contact noobody for the redmi note 7 glass.

chrisja:
Goodevening guys, so I have used the Redmi K20 pro for aver 1 month now. It did grow on me. On a serious note the Mi Max 2 is a really big phone and now feels awkward whenever I pick it up. Then the I can actually say that the amoled/full screen no notch of any sort is truly amazing.
Anyway since I am no heavy gamer, I could have survived with the SDG 730 as against the SDG 855. Still worth every penny spent for that 8/256gb version.

The pictures are pretty kool. I installed GCAM but seem to prefer the main camera except I don't know how to setup the GCAM.

1 problem though is the battery. I have seen so many video online of normal usage stating they get 1 full day plus but my experience is quite different. By 2 pm with little browsing, chatting and maybe 2 hours of movies my battery would have drained leaving 30 percent with my network set on 3G. Please is there something I am doing wrong? Then the phone also gets hot when I turn hotspot for up to 30mins or more and when I play games for 10mins or More.

Please help out with how to make my battery last longer. Thanks Guys.

Let's see a picture of the battery stats. Your network might be a major culprit here. Also turn of WiFi and bluetooth scanning if they are on. Is your GPS and bluetooth always on?

Kingpeter404:

Cassie74:
I need help please... I did my data to be off when my phone isn't in use, now I want to go back to normal.. can't seem to know how I did it. I want it back to normal.

Settings-Battery and performance- click the setting icon at the top right- turn off mobile data when device is locked.

chigoeze:
Please gurus, my package is meant to come to abia state but it's been showing next office as benin since 23rd. Should I be worried?

It will be rerouted

Buzx:
fibonacci2526, do you have the redmi dots in stock?

Nope.

henrygold100:
do u have mi band 4 at the moment for sale??

Nope.

Abara4iyke:
Ok
No vex o
Any idea what the shipping cost range might look like for a mobile phone..

For which shipping method?

My general advise would be to buy locally if the said phone is available in Nigeria.

Abara4iyke:
I think this is a free delivery pattern abi way but can't one receive his package in less than 2wk and pay for shipping?
Just asking

That shipment is not free, with AliExpress there is no guarantee that you will ever get your item in 2weeks except you use expedited shipping(FedEx,DHL)

Abara4iyke:
Good day guys, trust we all had a great day today, please i wish know what you guys think/suggest....i have decided to choose between RN8 or RN8 pro, possibly a 6GB ram and 64GB storage minimum on a budget of 80k and i think i can get the RN8 pro 6/64GB on aliexpress but the almost a month delivery ish is another thing plus this virus thing over there and Jumia is on a high side price wise...any other suggestions of Xiaomi phones very close in this range are welcomed...make una help abeg...Thanks all...Peace to all

Buy locally.
