I recently created a USA account (PayPal) and my client sent me a payment of 100.68 dollars....
I am unable to sell to exchangers as I keep getting this annoying "you cannot send funds now blah blah blah"
What's the issue here? As I have verified my account using payoneer... I have also verified my email...the money is in my PayPal available balance and is ready to be sent... But I cannot because of 5th at annoying message.
I'll sell to anyone who's willing to put me through @320/1

You need to submit tracking details on your PayPal account for the transaction after which the sender needs to click 'CONFIRM RECEIPT' in his own account then the fund will be in your available balance after 4 days if no issue arises from the transaction.

How do you withdraw your earnings if your profile is from another country?
Doesn't Upwork require you to do verification of your profile (eg with SSN, tax ID and co) before allowing you to withdraw your earnings, especially if you've earned a significant amount?
And how do you verify your account if you are using a foreign IP?
