I use benze banzol, the one they use for cleaning in the hospital. After taking shower, rub the liquid on the part of body that itches. My brother, it is as hot as pepper but never mind. Continue that, you will definitely see changes within a week and itches will fade away.
I feel your pain, when I was experiencing same thing, they nearly kill me with anti fungal and anti bacterial injection. I use permetrine and so many other cream but all to no avail. Then, I was ready to spend any amount just to get rid of the infection, at the end of it I didn't spend a dime to get rid of it.

Please do not use any drug, this thing is scabies. I suffer same thing for more than seven month, mine even spread to kneel and other part of my body. The wast part of this infection is that many doctors do not know it, so they keep prescribing drugs that will have little or no effect on it. I went from hospitals to pharmacies all to no avail.
