Hello FilsdeDieu,

That is a systems question for a different department. However, we would suggest that you make your appointment for the interview as soon as possible.

Regards,
Nigeria NIV Team
Hello NIV, thanks for the response. My issue is I had my visa interview on the 2nd of March and the VO said the I797B approval notice had not been uploaded on PIMS. My question now is that shouldn't the approval have been updated on PIMS now? I also have a copy of the hardcopy approval which was sent to my immigration lawyers on March 1, 2016.

I just hope my case hasn't been forgotten at the US consulate in Lagos as I have a feeling that it should have been uploaded on PIMS.

Is there anything I can do to know the status of the visa stamping for my passport?

Sincerely

Hello,

I just had an H1B petition approved by the USCIS, is it possible for me to know when the approval has been uploaded on PIMS?

Sincerely
Bayo

Hello NIV Team,

I was on an L2 visa in the US in 2011 but got an H1B petition approved while in the US in October 2012 so I never got it stamped. I then left the US in July 2013. I just had my former employer in the US offer me a job again with the intention of revalidating the H1B status I was granted in 2012.
Kindly advise of all the support documents I would need for the H1B visa stamp in Nigeria asides from the I-797 petition appoval.

Regards
