Yes you can give cerelac, cerelac is till 3years if you can continue no problem. My baby is 14 months old all she takes is cereal I do different type I am not bothered anytime she is ready to eat adult food well she will and more over she is going to eat adult food for a very long time so why bother, my baby takes adult food but not as a meal.
@vicki, you can add sugar like I said it depends on you.

Friso gold cereal is nice I have used it but I have not used the milk, though I know it will be good too. Then for adding sugar I normally add I break one cube into 4 and add to the one she will eat for the whole day. Some persons don't but it depends on you I also add formula

Frisogold milk is called FRISOLAC, the cereal is from 6months there is rice and wheat but there are other cereal that are from 4months.

Yes oh my sister a doctor prescribed hydrocortisone for my daughter when she was around 6months I was not feeling comfortable so I called my personal doctor she shouted she said I shouldn't use it, years ago it was prescribed for me and a pharmacist advised I should not use it. If not that I read leaflet some drugs they prescribe will say do not give to children under one year but they will still give it to patients, please mothers read leaflet always.

You're right but most prescriptions are meant for 12mth+. I've always advised that creams should b missed with baby's cream or shea butter.

@ jess: it'll blend with time but if you're disturbed, original palm kernel oil & honey works wonders or go for lami.cil (speaking from experience).

I will flog you, as I read this post I was short of words PLEASE mothers before you use anything for your babies especially from the doctor read the inner leaflet, hydrocortisone is not for babies. Please hope your baby is getting better

You can give gerber yougurt, or heinz yougurt., or cow and gate yougurt.

@tchiwinne. You are very right, but you can reduce the milk sha, but if the cost is ok for you, you can continue

I am using Enfagrow now 1 sachet is about 426g it has two making 852g in total my baby do not drink milk so I only add to cereal, if your baby is drinking milk you will definitely use more. When I was using Enfamil it also lasts us for one month. How old is your baby

My dear I just stopped my daughter too, but she didn't disturb make she you feed your baby very well, time her and feed when you know she is full place her on the bed she will sleep off, if she wakes up at night feed her again and she will sleep off though my baby does not eat at night but I know when they are hungry they can't sleep.

My baby is 11days old, he got his BCG immunization yesterday nd since then he's been uneasy, he's not been able to sleep like before wen he eats nd sleep. I want to know if its normal and what other signs should I expect. Also if I need to give him any drugs although he's not running temperature.

From experience I make sure it gets to one month because the milk I am using is quit expensive. Like I said if you want to follow instructions it will last for one month.

On all milk the instructions is discard after 4weeks, some will say 31days so no matter the milk you must finish it before 1month.

@stone07, if you have seen a pediatrician, just relax but be very watchful, then if its cholic or navel pain me I used grip water the foreign one and it helped alot. So if its too disturbing you can go back to your doctor

Yes mothers I add formula to all my babies food because she does not drink milk and you know it is needed, so like a mum say to make it richer and most times the milk they add is not just enough well if hou want to follow instructions you can go for food that do not have milk like gerber products, heinz packet, cow and gate. Etc.

It doesn't matter, my baby do not take pap, just give her the cereal she likes and add the formula to her cereal

@empro07, please the cure for that sore is vitamin B12. It is sold in all pharmacy. Ask your doctor if she can take it. Ask for B12 or tongue peel. I normally experience it alot recently I saw the supplement and it has being helpful. But just as someone has said it may be post maleria effect that will stop on its own.

@mojayo, just as bossladymo has said, for me then when I was using pap I put the soyabeans the morning mi want to grind, if you have the time you can do all the frying but you still have to use formula and start with little to see if your baby likes it. For me after going through the hard work my baby rejected it so she doesn't take pap and she is very healthy but I pray yours will receive it.

Enfamil is richer than aptamil but you cannot compare both because they where made in different places and with different standards both are good using the standard from where they are produced. Enfamil is made in USA we know they have better consumer control, while Aptamil is made in UK, and using UK standard its the best there. So just buy according to your pocket.

Leave him to be hungry for like two hours, then the food he eats before make it lighter and force even if its little that can enter his stomach. You have to make him eat you can't leave him hungry , you can useyoruba style off his clothes but still done allow him choke.

@picki, it seems we are in the same boat I just lost a few weeks pregnancy I was admitted on friday I was still pregnant but it fell on friday night so I will go to the hospital tomorrow, its not easy but I just thank God, I have stopped all the drugs I was given to prevent it I will go for a fresh list of drugs tomorrow, just stay strong.please my sister what is uda soup?

Please just relax as far as you are not feeling any pain at God's time your baby will come dwn, I made the little mistake for my first baby, after 4 times of inducing still no labour I had to be operated on so I advice you should be patient

I used Accorn at stadium road, their gynecologist come in very late by 6pm on Tuesday, I don't advice you go there. I later went to register in prime after delivery they are good too, but because of its distance from my house I am currently using ultimate at petter odili road. I am just a year plus in ph these are the only ones I do use apart from company clinic

Apart from this one and huggies the others are cheap but you will change frequently which still amount to the same thing, I use huggies except she poo I use three a day and you will never sell water I see diapers all types and I know thd complains I get from various diapers, just choose the one not too expensive for you but still has quality
