@chiwendym, pls if you try all these home made food if he takes fine but if he does not locate a baby food shop and buy cereals for his age. They eat cereal better. This is my opinion though

@Godmother, pls eat for your baby. During pregnancy I gained more than 30kg but now I am gradually going back to normal.You can do the normal exercise with the aim of Labour but pls don't do exercise to slim down. You will come down after delivery

1: I also did CS, I did not tie my tummy but I feel it is gradually coming down. I don't know if you can tie after you have healed completely, you can ask your doctor.
2: I wanted to go for arm implant but my nurse advised me not to. She advised I go for non-hormonal. That one you put inside the womb but do not disturb your hormone, only block the tubes. ( I have forgotten the name). But because I did CS I can only do it after six months of delivery. So I did the two months injection for now.

I brought out my expressed breast milk from the freezer feed my LO, he did not finish it, I immediately took it back to the freezer, I did it personally, pls can i use it again.

Brownskingirl, it may not be hunger, have you tried backing him, singing. Then have you ruled out colic. That is if you have satisfied your conscience that the milk you have him is enough

I use Tommie tippe, I lactate very well I don't know if it is the pump, pls mamas that get upto two big feeding bottles what is the product of your pump.
