First floor: 3 bedrooms(en-suite), family Lounge, master's suite( bedroom, large bathroom, walk in closet and study).

Dimension: 23m by 18m

HAVING OBSERVED THIS PLACE IN A WHILE, I'VE COME TO THINK THERE ARE ANTI-ROCHAS PEOPLE PLANTED ON NAIRALAND. Because I fail to see how any sane person can look at those pictures and say Rochas himself gave the directive to have any poster removed. The same Rochas that have swallowed a lot of insult from oppositions and yet allows them to freely campaign in the state? PEOPLE HAVE BEEN PAID TO SPEND SLEEPLESS NIGHTS ON NAIRALAND AND CREATE MULTIPLE IDs TO DETRACT ANYTHING CONCERNING THE IMO STATE GOVERNOR. It's amazing how a new visitor to Imo State will admire in no small measure projects he sees on ground, yet you'll hear someone saying he has done nothing when both of you are standing on the same ground looking at said projects!. It's really confusing how Imo state indigenes keep thanking God for Rochas and are unendingly happy about what they see accomplished in the state, yet you find some strange people detracting him at every turn. Who is lying.....the people that see and know he has done a lot or those that keep saying he has done nothing?
Politics seems to be a really dirty game in this country, where opposition parties would rather die than commend an opponent for job well done.
PDP in Imo state seem to have nothing else to do than spend sleepless nights looking for something new to condemn Rochas about.

Pls, anyone that hasn't been to Imo state in recent times but is on this thread insulting Rochas, you are not acting educated. Let us stop behaving like dunces and illiterates by jumping on threads with false/half-baked information about anybody and outrightly raining insults on them. And you find it's people that supposedly are 'educated' that do this. It has become a very bad habit for people to look at thread topics, read the first few comments and then follow the line of those comments! The leading comments in every thread on this site seems to set the tone for how the other comments would look like! People just become 'oh yes' members with nothing meaningful to contribute. Which educated people do that? You just concur with what others say without using your own brains...why then were you given that brain? if you were asked to defend your statements with concrete evidences and undeniable argument, you cannot. On top of that, many are too lazy to read... even a 50-worded passage.
Before you hate someone, go and be a live witness to what the person is said to be or said not to be. Don't stay on your keyboard and display the dismaying possibility that you could be an 'educated illiterate!'. No offence intended. Goodness me, Nigerians change, pls! It would do you a lot of good. Let people not think there are many psychiatric patients, with the way we rain insults on personalities, comment unintelligently with zero evidence, and distribute hate freely. It is not the Nigerian spirit.

2 Units of 3 bedroom Flats, probably en-suite and one down and one up..
4 units of 2 Bedroom Flats, probably en-suite and two down and two up..
All 6 Units attached... Or if you have a better arrangement for the above units.
And I will appreciate it if you have a pictorial design of a sample.

thank you very much for the compliment. The dimensions for the duplex + flats: 27m by 13m ie 89ft by 43ft.

5 bedroom duplex + 3 bedroom flats. All bedrooms are en-suite with the minimum size of the bedrooms ar 12ft by 14ft.
